Beautiful halo that gives me volume and length and blends seamlessly, I actually ordered the wrong shade for myself originally, but Madison and the wonderful customer service team made the exchange easy and painless, and now I have the perfect shade!

The item didn’t meet the standards of the usual hair pieces (hair topper specifically) and they don’t typically take returns but this item was defective. Hidden Crown left me return the item for a gift card in exchange.
The tariffs were applied to the new order so I mentioned that in another email and they sent me a new gift card (deactivated the old one) to cover the tariff cost as well. Their customer service game has gotten so strong! The hair extensions are stunning.

These extensions are beautiful and the customer service is wonderful. The hair quality is amazing! Silky, soft, and feels high quality. I had to exchange my original extensions because the color match was off, but the process was super easy and customer service always responded very quickly and were super kind. I will always order Hidden Crown!

Hidden crown’s products are great quality, and look so natural. The customer service was above and beyond. They sent me a replacement item quickly, and double checked to make sure I was satisfied with the product.

Feom start to finish I had a seamless experience, just like my extensions.
The colour is a perfect match, one 9f the consultants advised me based on a photo I sent of my hair colour.

The delivery was super fast and the extensions are super easy to fit.

Do not buy this product. I received it, and there is no way to attach it to your head. The string slips, there are no clips, and even a professional stylist could not secure it. I bought it for my wedding, but I couldn't use it; it was a huge waste of money and time.

I loved the person who helped me. They were kind and personable and knowledgeable about hair extensions. They used emojis which made me feel like they were relatable. Great Customer service and the communication aligned well with their brand! (I also work in marketing!)

I had the absolute BEST customer service with Madison! She is diligent ..kind and took wonderful care of me! I own a boutique salon and I know where I will be going for all of my topper extensions 💕

I've been a stylist for 35 years and very rarely do I come across a company whose business is on point and they take care of things every time something's wrong but hitting Crown always does. That's why I will never leave them and the quality of their product is unbelievable.!

I have had various brands and types of hair extensions for over 10 years and this is by far the worst i have come across. The clip in extension clips are horrible - they dont close or stay closed, their halo tangles and is unusable after just 2 months of gentle wear (while following all care instructions). Save your money and buy elsewhere - I almost never write reviews but the amount of money spent versus the quality of product is criminal.

Now I know why hair oil was placed on the ends , to obviously make the hair seem healthier knowing how bad the quality was.

I ordered the halo hair extensions and the wire is so loose and doesn’t tighten so there’s no way it’ll stay on my head. Other extension companies often give a tight wire that’s stretchy so that you don’t have this problem. The hair is okay but not wearable unless you have a wire from a better set of hair extensions. It’s very expensive and not worth the cost.

This was such a disappointment. I purchased (an expensive!) topper and it looks like a toupee on. I’ve taken it to my hair dresser for a cut, it’s been plucked around the front. It really is poorly made. I will never buy something off instagram again. I wish they had come to trust pilot to read reviews first.

I did not get far enough to actually see the product. They sent me an email requesting: a photo ID AND a copy of the payment on my bank account or they would cancel the order. It sure felt like Identity Theft. I offered my finger prints, DNA and a retina scan just to be sure...not.

I ordered the messy bun and the pocket where you put your hair into is so tiny. I couldn't believe it. I've since bought a fake hair messy bun on Amazon that fits much better ans was way cheaper. I won't be using this company again.

I purchased a mini topper in "deepest brown/near black" and the color is nowhere "near black," so now I'm out $306 for a piece that likely can't be returned or exchanged since I "broke the ties" in which the flimsy piece came.

Unlike their YouTube video, the piece comes in a plastic bag, not a box with a magnetic seal "for easy travel." One has to get the piece out of the bag to be able to see the color. Also, I don't know how one is supposed to try it on without breaking the "ties" aka a flimsy tag fastener.

Also, the piece is thin and barely provides any coverage. The hair net, in which the topper arrives, is flimsy and difficult to get the hair caught on the fasteners or the net itself. It's such a hassle.

While the site claims they allow returns/exchanges for up to 30 days, it's not easy to find the return/exchange policy. One has to fish for the return and exchange policy to find that information. The packaging, a piece of cardboard, has the directions on how to use the piece in large font. Toward the bottom and in tiny print, there's an "Attention" warning which one can miss if they blink. Most customers are anxious to try on their piece without worrying about the minutia of returns, especially since they advertise on the site that returns/exchanges are allowed.

Furthermore, nowhere during the transaction is a customer presented with the returns/exchanges policy which is a questionable business practices, considering the cost of some of the "luxury pieces."

Aside from providing an inferior product, the company is purposely misleading customers into purchasing expensive pieces knowing that customers won't be able to return them. I wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing their crappy product. The company is in violation of the FTC, Act 15 which protects customers from "any false advertisement that is likely to induce the purchase of...cosmetics."

Shame on them for taking advantage of women's insecurities about hair loss in an effort to promote the sale of products that are impossible to return due to the sneaky advertising of their return policies.

This hair extensions company is top notch! Great quality hair, array of styles, lengths and colors and their stellar CS team is professional and efficient.

I will buy only from them moving forward. I was a Remi client!!

First of all…
I ordered the V-Clip Volumnizer during their “25% Black Friday Sale”. I had to “do” the order SEVERAL times before the actual sale went through-!
This hair extension was priced at $399.00 before the sale. That being said, after about the 3’rd time, I actually did receive the sale price of approximately $100.00 discounted. When I received this item, they sent the WRONG color-! I ALWAYS order #60 “Platinum” so I can color them Lt. Pink. They sent me #613. When I tried to contact them via emai…NOTHING -!!! They NEVER responded-!!! To make matters worse, I attempted to do the “exchange” online…
I was informed, I had to send them an additional $100.00+…!!! For WHAT-! ( Their error -? ) I NEVER heard from the company…AGAIN…!!!
If all this isn’t bad enough, when I “unzipped” the packaging…CAREFULLY…to see if I could possibly use this color, the so-called ties that aren’t supposed to be removed, or the “exchange”, or “return“ is voided,…LITERALLY…FELL OUT OF THE PACKAGE-!!!
Apparently, they were NEVER EVEN TIED-!!! ( PURPOSELY…?)
Anyway…
After…ALL THAT…,.. The “613”…turned out to be the right choice…👌🏻
Not to mention,…GOOD HAIR…!
And, no other company offers a…”V”…CLIP,…
which is my…FAVORITE…🥰
I’m deducting…2 “Stars“… for all the inconvenience,… but not for the quality!
