I contacted Higgsfield support regarding a technical issue with several Seedance 2.5 generations. I provided the original videos, generation links and some frame-by-frame analysis of the problem.
The support team took the issue seriously from the beginning. Jason was attentive, professional and kept me informed while the case was being reviewed by the technical team.
Most importantly, the problem was successfully resolved and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

I attempted five times and failed to…
I attempted five times and failed to get my debit card accepted in subscribing to their monthly service for $15. This was part of a promotion by Russell Brunson and Iman through monetise.com where Higgsfield would pay for upcoming webinars. I checked with my bank and there is no reason why the card was declined. There is no way to reach them by phone or email that I have been able to discover and I have scoured the internet. Furthermore, whenever I go to their homepage, it gets hijacked and takes me to a quiz and will not let me stay on the homepage and look for how to contact them. I opened a membership in their Discord channel and contacted their supposed support person and have yet to hear back from them. If they really want my business, it should not be this hard.
This is a warning sign

On the card, declines of that kind are usually applied by the issuing bank at the moment of authorisation, and they can happen even when the bank sees no reason for it on their own side, which is why a card from a different issuer will often go through where the first one will not. If you would like us to look at what the attempts show from our end, we can do that as well.
