I have contact the support, they are very prompt to supporting me but I'm sad because Hitachi WAS nice brand but now with HUCO and China, the company is the same if you buy any brand. Unfortunately, I will not buy anything anymore from Hitachi/Huco and also I will let groups and people know about it to avoid problems with poor quality products.
