This program is seriously terrible. I used other AI's for game terrain creation with minimal issues, but Hi3d is just unusable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE IT DID.

I saw the ads on YouTube and just thought I'd see what the hype is about. After signing up for the FREE trial I upload a picture of a friends dog not expecting much. It produced the dog in 3D perfectly. I only wish I knew it would do that then I would have asked it to remove stuff but I used all my credits. Aside from that it worked absolutely amazingly.

The AI service is fine, but the csutomer service after the sale is horrible, I was told I could get a refund for time not used that I paid for year in advance after mistakingly orrdering yearly payment, wanted montly payment plan. They said yes they would rfund the difference..August 17 I sent email about this, finally recieved answer Aug 25th that they wold refund the 11 months of the 12, it is August 31, and still no refund after repeated emails to them.. just ghosted me. Dont not give this company your money.

i gave it a simple bench, 2 legs and back, and it generated 7 extremely warped unusable benches. I bought a year and regret it. Just stay away. You wont get any usable models no matter how many *new updates* they advertise.
I asked it to generate medusa and trust pilot wont let me link you the pathetic result, because it doesnt allow links or images.
