I'm using Hitpaw Fotorpea's lifetime subscription to the old photo recovery software. The application is truly amazing in its ability to recreate and restore old photos. I will use it long-term and will recommend your service to my family and friends. Please grant me access to another computer so I can use the software when I'm working at the internet. Hit Paw is one of the best softwares I've ever used. The video converter product is fast, reliable and easy to use. I wished I knew about this product sooner so I could have saved more time and make life easier.
The software can convert and fix several files with a few clicks rather than converting one file at a time slowly. Each video file's picture and sound quality is immediately improved. The conversion of each file does not take long. So easy to use and easy to navigate. I highly recommend all of their products for every individual need. There is not many products out there like Hit Paw. The support are always friendly and approachable. I would give them 6x stars if possible.

Excellent Customer Service!

I spoke to Eureka and Ruby in the customer service department when I was having trouble activating my license on HitPaw Video Converter.

Even though this is an older software that is not currently being promoted, they went to great lengths and updated a new version to address the problem, and sent me a link.

I am now happily back online thanks to the technical expertise and dedicated customer service at HitPaw, even on a product that they are no longer promoting.

I prefer their video converter and their edimakers as well. Those products are sold at reasonable prices. For the converter, I like their convenience while downloading videos. For the edimaker, I admire their user-friendly interface.

I have contacted HitPaw for technical support a few times since I purchased their product HitPaw Univd. Support has each time contacted me within a day or two with specific guidance on how to address any problems on my end or by sending me a link to a new update that fixes any error I have encountered. Their detailed support exceeds my expecations!

I don’t normally have to contact Hitpaw as their software is largely self-explanatory. However, when I contact them I can always guarantee a very prompt reply. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff are always willing to help, and any issue is quickly resolved. Recently I had an issue with upgrading my software, and they were able to help me out and resolve my problem both inmediately and efficiently. Many software suppliers hide their contact details or are slow to respond - if at all - so it’s heartening to do business with a company who has pride in their product and eager to support it!
