The content they produce contains serious grammar mistakes and includes sentences that don’t make any sense. You end up spending much more time correcting it.
I also had issues with billing. When I tried to cancel my subscription, the website showed my account as free and didn’t give me an option to cancel. However, I was charged again the following month. When I asked for a refund, they only offered to return half of the payment.
Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Waste of money, no customer service
I purchased the annual plan for EssayGPT, but I found the interface too complicated to use. I contacted customer service to inquire about switching to the HIX Bypass plan, but I did not receive a response. I followed up with another email to request a refund, yet I still have not heard back. When you email support, there is no confirmation that your email has been received. Additionally, there is no customer service phone number or chat option available. I canceled my plan just one day after purchasing it, but I have not been issued any refund.

Hix Ai is a Mental Drain and Complete Waste of Time
I purchased the Bypass Unlimited plan from Hix Ai, and it has been one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. First of all, using their system is incredibly exhausting and frustrating—feels like a complete waste of both time and money.
The first major issue is the "humanization" process. You have to spend almost an hour to humanize every 1,000 words, and even then, it often doesn’t work properly. If the process was even halfway functional, it might be bearable, but more often than not, it gets stuck or results in false security checks, requiring you to try again. Not only are you wasting your time, but it also becomes mentally draining.
Another major problem is the Google reCAPTCHA v2 they’ve integrated. Every request triggers a verification, and almost every single time, it fails to work correctly. You’re constantly stuck in a loop of trying to pass the reCAPTCHA, and it just doesn't happen. This makes even basic tasks nearly impossible to complete, and it adds to the overall frustration.
After several days of using the service, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. This isn’t just a time-wasting online tool; it’s a mental drain that leaves you feeling exhausted and irritated. I would not recommend Hix Ai to anyone. It’s a huge waste of time and energy, and I am certain that many users like myself will only end up frustrated and disappointed.
All in all, this has been a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from it if you value your time and mental well-being.
