Ordered a coat through tik tok, coat did not fit and I didn’t like it, I should have read the returns policy as they make it very difficult to get a refund lesson learned I would not order from this company.

I ordered from the TikTok Shop and there was a delay due to overselling, so I had to wait for the item to come back into stock. After calling for an update, Harley was quick to apologise, sort the issue, and even upgrade the delivery. Although it arrived just after Christmas on the 27th, Harley’s customer service and care really stood out. The items are great quality and well packaged — I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Just got my second Fur coat from H&L, next day delivery and coat came packaged in a lovely box ready for Christmas. Will shop again x

First time purchase didn’t have high expectations.. was I wrong !I purchased a cor ord set 5/6 absolutely stunning the quality of the material the design exceptional and definitely value for money nothing like you would get on the high street.. unbelievable customer service though out purchase to delivery which was super fast will definitely purchase again in future with no hesitation!!

Absolutely horrible customer service.
My £300 order got lost and alls customer service was saying was phone the police bc the postie said this and this..... don't waste your money and time with these....

- faulty item received it had clear signs of being worn and pieces of fluff all over and didn’t smell clean

- after over 10 attempts to contact them I’ve still not been refunded

After speaking to a really helpful customer service rep and issue I had was sorted. Really fab clothes at HL London, have brought so many outfits and they always look fab on.

Fantastic frilly tops on my 3rd one which came today customer service absolutely fantastic I forgot to order day after delivery so I emailed them to ask if possible to change and yes no problem at all the best customer service I have ever had and the frilly embroidery tops are stunning love them I have cream fuschia and white thankyou to customer services guy who arranged promptly next day delivery can't thank you enough absolutely fabulous these guys 😀 😊 👌👍

Ordered a faux fur jacket for my daughter. It came the next day, less than 24 hours after it was order. The sizing is true to size and the quality of the jacket was a great surprise. Ill be ordering from the website again.

I ordered a faux fur jacket from the website for next day delivery and it came on time. Very pleased with the quality of the faux fur. It looks very luxurious and the fit is absolutely perfect. It does have a tinge of fake leather smell but I'm going to air it out. Overall, very happy with my purchase. I have one constructive criticism which is to secure the bag/package even more for future customers as I was able to open the package very easily by just holding it wrong. Thank you

Ordered via tik tok shop and could only return via evri drop off was told by h&l that they wouldn’t send me a label to return the items as they didn’t match sizing I ordered as well as reaching the wrong item for one
Waited a week now for a label I was told I’d recieve Monday and still nothing messages being ignored not good enough don’t order if there’s a possibility you’ll need to return customer service shocking
