I purchased "Process Improvement with GAP Analysis" for £11.47 which had a 14 day money back guarantee. I completed the course and I found the course content was of a very poor quality. Some slides had lines you were not able to ready due to broken text, almost like a poor photo copied document. There was very little content on the subject and certainly not fit for purpose. I emailed with my compliant asking for a refund, I received a reply saying I can not have a refund as I have started the course, refunds are only for courses which have not been opened. I have reminded them of my consumer rights:
"A consumer has a legal right to reject goods that are faulty (i.e., not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described) and obtain a full refund. However, the consumer must act quickly once the fault is discovered"
I`m now awaiting a response to this. My advice is find another provider for your online learning.
