Smooth process and very competitive price

Hola is the best hire car company I’ve used. So much cheaper than any other hire car company available. Highly recommend

I bought a Mazda CX-5 from Hola Cars a couple of weeks ago, but the overall experience has been very frustrating. When I collected the car, one of the tyres was flat, so they pumped it up and handed it over to me. By the time I reached home, the tyre pressure was low again due to a puncture. In addition, the rear seat belt was not working and the key fob battery was completely flat.
I contacted Hola Cars, and they assured me they would sort out these problems. I brought the car back to them, but while they fixed the seat belt, they did not fix the key battery or the tyre issue—despite claiming everything had been resolved. When I got home, both the low battery warning and low tyre pressure warning came on again.
I had to take the car back a second time, only to be told they couldn't repair the tyre. Ultimately, they fitted a cheap, budget tyre instead of properly addressing the original issue. Traveling back and forth between Reading and Watford twice cost me a lot of time and money—more than the cost of a replacement tyre itself.
Although Hola Cars claimed they perform thorough pre-delivery inspections on their vehicles, it felt like they only did a basic oil change and car wash without properly checking safety or functional components. I would recommend being very cautious before buying a car here.

Easy booking at great price

Really easy to read, understand and feel confident to book. My first time renting a car for an international trip and I’m looking forward to the journey! Price was good with all the extras included.

I had made a car reservation car rental for San Francisco Airport from Latvia when I was visiting. I did not realize that rental was not valid for American driver license. Only when I arrived at SF airport, Alamo told me that they can not rent to US driver license holders.

Hola car rentals made it right by refunding the whole amount to me even though their policy stated that cancellation is possible only 2 days before rental starts. Really appreciate how they took care of me in this process.

Very simple and straight forward to book and a great price compared to other sites

I must say again that price is always right for car rental packages with Hola. I cannot say the same for the actual car company we pick up from. This recent rental from A**s, they made my swipe my card for incidentals on top of the Hola package, but they charged me at the end for daily tolls and for gas. I never went through tolls after I declined at the counter, and the car came back full. They charged nearly $200 for those as I returned the car to the airport. I immediately disputed with Hola the same day. I provided all the proof that was requested and then some. Miguel D went to bat for me immediately and over the course of a week battled with the rental company to get back my money in this deceptive cash grab. So the price, value and after service care was on point with Hola. I cannot overstate how much I appreciate Hola. I will always use them even if the rental car folks don't like it, they get my business start to finish and beyond.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hola Car Rentals. From day one, the team was incredibly supportive and always willing to go the extra mile. The WhatsApp chat was always available and support team ready to help.
A special mention to Miguel D who was exceptionally helpful and took care of everything I asked for, including dealing with Hertz on my behalf. He made the whole process so much easier and was there to help from start to finish.
