We were staying at Riu Turquoise at Au Morne in Mauritius. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist Drishti, she was very welcoming and outstandingly helpful. As we booked 5 rooms there were a lot people to check in she was very patient, pleasant, courteous, friendly and did her best to accommodate our needs. She was a real gem. We would like to thank Drishti for her excellent customer service.

The entertainment was a bit disappointing. The venue was called sega, we were expecting sega music but unfortunately this did not happen. We requested the DJ to play some sega music. we were told this will happen. Unfortunately this did not happen during our stay which was very disappointing.

The beach was amazing we had great weather. The service at the bar was also great.

Attention, I booked and paid for a sea view room (Meerblick) on their website, and when I arrive at the hotel it turns out they had only booked a lower category room. Estimated price difference: EUR 900. When I contacted them to ask for the difference back (which they had cashed in), they did not answer for a week, before only offering me roughly 250. This is what I would expect from a classic scammer. You can make mistakes, but if you do, you have to own them. This is not what HolidayCheck does, they cash in the money and do not deliver. Beware.

I couldn't be happier with HolidayCheck! Their communication is absolutely outstanding — they reply to emails incredibly fast, and every single request or issue is handled immediately without any delays.
Even though I currently live in the Netherlands, I always choose to book my trips through this agency and fly out from Germany. Their prices are simply unbeatable and consistently the lowest on the market.
If you are looking for a reliable, quick, and budget-friendly travel agency, this is the one. I highly recommend them to everyone!

DERTOUR and HolidayCheck completely abandoned us when a critical issue arose with our return flight ticket. The local representative in Kos was terribly rude, hostile, and utterly useless, offering zero assistance other than arrogantly telling us to just show up at the airport at 6:00 AM without a confirmed ticket or check-in and "hope for the best." Left stranded and under immense stress, we had to figure out a workaround and solve everything on our own. On top of that, being forced to walk to an off-site pickup location at 3:30 AM in the middle of the night for our transfer was excessive. Overall, our hotel and the time spent on Kos were great, but do yourself a favor and book through a different agency that actually cares about its clients. We will never book through DERTOUR or HolidayCheck again.

What an amazing time we’ve had at Kazkazi Zanzibar! ❤️

The complex is beautiful and has such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There are two lovely swimming pools, one of them with a stunning view over the sea. The view itself is truly special, especially with the changing landscape caused by the tides. Watching the sea and surroundings transform between high and low tide never gets boring.

What really makes Kazkazi stand out, though, is the incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

A special mention for Sara from Holland, who is absolutely fantastic together with her team. Their enthusiasm and personal attention really make a difference.

We also loved the entertainment! The dancing in the evenings was so much fun, and the painting workshop was such a lovely and memorable activity. There was always a great atmosphere and something enjoyable to take part in.

We are going to miss Kazkazi and the whole team enormously! ❤️ It really felt like a special place, and we will look back on our stay with so many wonderful memories.

Just one small point for improvement: it would be great to have a little bar open in the evening where guests can sit, have a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Going to bed at 10 pm feels a little early when you’re on holiday 😉. A cosy place to end the evening would make the experience even more complete.

I booked and paid for a car through Holidaycheck for five days with Galdieri. Upon pick up of the car at Rome airport I presented two different physical credit cards (one Visa and one Mastercard) which both were not accepted and I was refused to rent the car I booked and paid for already. On the Voucher and in the Terms it says virtual credit cards (non physical cards in your phones card wallet) might not be accepted. My physical cards however were refused this is an outright breach of the terms of booking and thus a scam. Do not book with Holidaycheck nor Galdieri.

I'm going to Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay in November. I contacted the hotel reception via email to ask a few questions. They were so friendly and extremely helpful. I know I have made the right choice in choosing to stay at this beautiful hotel

the booking process was simple. scrolling through the options already feels like vacation.

we been in casa mare for the second time, the hotel wasnt as good as two years ago.
foamparty you beed to pay for, you need to pay for upgrade, otherwise you need to pay for botles of water and drinks.
the room is very good, Ebrahim from housekeeping cleaned the room, he is a very hard worker and make very pretty things on the bed for the kids, he did a amazing job to please the people.
egyptian people that come to the hotel for vacation are very rude, the think its all for them.

They could not complete a hotel booking on time and my travel plans are negatively affected. Impossible to reach them over email or phone. They claimed that they were trying to reach me and it is not the case. My phone rang for 1 time for 5 seconds and hang up. I reached them eventually over the phone and a nice lady talked me. According to her, only People living in Germany can make a hotel booking via HC. I live in the Netherlands. I was not able to see this information in the HC app or website (I gave my address in NL while filling up booking form, credit card info and getting confirmation). So sad foe me and so bad for HC... hope they will improve themselves..

We had an Family vacation at Thalia hotel thanks to the loving crew in the hotel, very good and clean rooms.
Plenty of fresh food at breakfast, warm and loving service and they gave us personal attention when needed💓

We are in hotel Lake & River for the fifth time. It is a fantastic hotel. The room is allways clean. The welcome at the reception is very nice. The staff in the lobby make you feel home. The food in the main restaurant is very good and healthy . We want especially thank Efecan, Asli, Kerim Emrah, yasemin and the rest off the staff for their smile and perfect service. The beach is amazing. All the hotels in Turkey are suffering because off the war in Iran. But mister Osman and mister Yakup succeed in making our holliday fantastic. Thank you, Heidi and Pascal
