Exactly what I was looking forward.

Found this company and wasnt really sure whether to use them as they didn't have any reviews on my go to trustpilot...
Took a chance as i needed a new Franke plug seal as mine had started to wear. As the plug was now over 20 plus years old and an old model , thankfully I had the code on the plug, this enabled me to order a new seal...Which I have now tested and it works...So I would most certainly recommend this company . Thank you..

Outstanding personal service

I needed a replacement gasket for a discontinued kitchen sink, so I contacted the manufacturer, Franke, but they were unable to assist - the sink is discontinued.
Fortunately, the sink waste fittings have manufacturer's labels affixed - LIRA. Via a web search I discovered that Home Creations (UK) is the UK agent for LIRA and after a short exchange of emails with John Shackleton he identified the requisite gasket and supplied it swiftly.
