Nicholas arrived on time and introduced himself. Started by walking around the house familiarising himself and then set to work. Worked non stop for over 3 hours diagnosing our electrics. Have an full explanation of our wiring and made several recommendations. At no time giving the impression of a hard sell. Left the place near and tidy and electrically safe. Would use again

I initially had my flat rewired a couple of years ago and it was a fantastic service from start to finish.
Very professional and efficient.
I recently had a problem with a socket in my kitchen which was tripping the fuse box and wouldn't reset. I called the Home Rewire team again as I was unsure what the problem was. I explained that I needed someone out soon as possible I have to keep medication in my fridge.
Electrician Nick came out as soon as he could, roughly an hour and a half later along with his colleague and thoroughly checked everything till they found the problem and sorted it.
I can't recommend Home Rewire highly enough and I'm so thankful that Nick and his colleague were able to help that day I called as I was very unwell.

I recently used Home Rewire for electrical work in Hamilton and was extremely impressed with their service. They arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process.
The team were polite, professional, and highly knowledgeable, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We only identified a couple of minor snags, both of which were rectified immediately before they left the property.
They also left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, which was greatly appreciated and showed real attention to detail.

I recently contacted home rewire to enquire about outdoor lighting. I was put through to Amy (Jackson) in the office who was so helpful send me over choices and quotes. Then I had Ryan out to do the install who was equally as helpful. It was so quick and efficient. 10/10. Great company

After only being in our house a few weeks we noticed some electrical issues. I contacted HomeRewire and Jamie came out for a consultation. From the start I was really impressed with their professionalism. Jamie took time and explained everything to us. We received our quote which was very detailed. We did have some questions which was never a problem. Once we decided to go ahead a date was booked in. The communication never stopped and we received a list of how best to prepare our home for the rewire which was great. On the day the work was starting Lewis and Thomas arrived promptly. Lewis did a walk round with my husband & I to make sure they knew where we wanted all of our lights & sockets. They were so professional and friendly. Lewis kept us up to date with their progress throughout the week. When we came back home we had another walk through with Lewis and he showed us everything and explained what had been done. We were worried about floors having to be lifted and damaged and also wall tiles in our kitchen having to be removed. The guys done an excellent job. The floor hatches that had to be lifted were minimal and no wall tiles were disturbed which we were delighted with. The house was left clean and tidy! I would highly recommend HomeRewire to anybody and will definitely use them again for any future electrical work

Home Rewire carried out a total rewire of our house in a very professional manner from start to finish. We had lost the use of some sockets before the rewire due to a fault and lost the use of our fridge and freezer. Home rewire managed to give us an early slot for the installation with a very competitive quote. We also requested that they try not to disrupt the newly tiled kitchen floor and living room dining room timber floor. They managed to do as asked saving money on floor replacement. The finish job is in great condition with cable chases and penetrations filled to decorators level. The consumer unit is fitted out with earth leakage circuit breakers giving top protection. Very happy to recommend with good service from initial survey to completion.

From the initial visit to completion Homerewire were efficient and understood the tricky nature of our houses needs. Zack and his team were really friendly and explained the process clearly listening to our specific requirements and completed the job to our satisfaction. Also our wiring in the consumer unit is a work of art. Would happily recommend Homerewire.

A massive thanks to Lewis, Thomas and Sam for rewiring my 3 bedroom house and garage in just one and a half days!!!! I was seriously impressed! Their work is outstanding! They are very professional and courteous too. Within minutes of answering the door to these guys, they had unpacked their equipment and materials and were in prepping my house for the rewire. A very tight military operation from beginning to end. They run through the agreed work before starting and so helpful, taking tkme to explain everything. I was impressed with how tidy they are...even mopping my floors before leaving! These guys are a highly focused, professional and skilled team. Their attention to detail was noticeable and so appreciated. They fitted a switch for my fridge which I hadn't even thought of. Their updates on their schedule were brilliant too. Please give these guys a bonus! 😊

I submitted a quote request online, and had a prompt callback from Amy to book a survey. I had three quotes prior to booking a survey with Home Rewire Scotland. Jamie's knowledge, the brochure, his attention to detail and professionalism gave me the assurance and confidence that this company were the best around. It was an easy booking to make! The survey, booking information and preparation emails were a great help. The communication from Amy / the office team in terms of emails and calls were prompt and so very professional. A great and smooth experience from start to finish.

We had jamie out at our house on the 27th of February for a survey, quote was sent over that same afternoon. We had the team( zack and ryan ) arrive at 07.00am on the 5th if march i instructed zack of where we wanted sockets,lights internal and external,external sockets and the mains power moved.

These boys dont mess about they went above and beyond and had our rewire done within a day and a half with very minimal disruption, everything we asked for was completed and all work was properly cleaned up afterwards. The level of professionalism home rewire showcased before, during and after was fantastic, if we had any concerns they put that to rest right away.

We then had stevie part of the home skim team out the following week to fully plaster our livingroom, stevie is a gentleman and had our place finished in 2 days and we couldn't of been happier with the quality of job he left.

Overall we had a fantastic experience with jamie and his team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trouble free rewire.

I'm very happy to recommend Home Rewire. We need to speak to multiple companies for our home renovations and they stand out as highly organised, efficient and easy to deal with, removing uncertainty. Amy and Jamie have been so helpful, answering questions and keeping us informed. Zack, Ryan, Daniel and Gary were brilliant, turning up for an early start as promised and getting down to work immediately. It's amazing what they achieved in the time and how quickly and tidily they put the place back together. Despite warnings, it was hard to appreciate how dusty and disruptive the work was once it started. I'm so glad we moved out for a few short days rather than trying to live with the chaos over a longer period with an alternative company.

We have used Homewire three times now and they have always done an excellent job, this included a rewire. Our latest visit was from Nick who quickly resolved the loss of power to our garage. I recommend to family and friends and we will continue to use rewire for any electrical issues we have.
