Installed our porch in 2020. Door started to catch on the side bit which left a mark on the metal of the actual door itself, near the catch.
Phoned them and suggested I e-mail their faults dept which I did on Wednesday 13 Sept 23. Still no reply as of today-22/9/23.
What on earth is going on? I was very pleased with the initial installation in 2020, having bought a gold range warranty.

Poorly installed double glazing draughty windows mould around windows. Independently assessed confimed poorly installed did not meet high standard avoid at all costs they are trying to be clever legal action
Took all the money up front but measured the opening for our bifolds incorrectly ... then not only did they refused to change it they didn't even properly finish the job - given the space was bigger they didn't have enough material to fill the gap so I'm left with the damp course sticking out. I keep trying to get them back to at least finish the job but they don't even respond even when I threaten legal action. DO NOT USE THEM
They are quick to respond when selling but after sales and problem solution terrible. Never return calls.
