Hostgator is a scam , stay away of them , here's the proof ???

I found this in their user policy ???? It's horrible ??? I've never seen a scam like this before ???

"Your Services may be terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this AUP. If applicable, violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency."

why they would suspend or terminate your account , the reason is Unacceptable Resource Usage??

Why it's a scam ??? because they never told you about that when you signed up ???? It's like a trap ??
or like a Dealer wants to get rid of bad goods????

They only show the good face of their service but they hide the ugly face of their services ???

and by signing up ??? you agree to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice ????

what is that supposed to mean ????

They provide a poor service , so If your website becomes a a successful one , You are subject to suspension or termination with or without notice !!!

wow......because you are a successful one (large amount of traffic) , and they provide a poor service , you have to upgrade for a newr plan .....otherwise your fate is termination ??????????? what a joke ????

Why it's a scam ???? they should post this section in their home page before anyone signing up ????

They should list "Unacceptable Resource Usage" on home page when you compare plans at least...

But they hide it , provide a poor service , Interrupted people business , and make them lose money to force them upgrading to a newer plan or they are subject to termination ?????

It's a good way to make money ???? these guys are smart ????

Hostgator is a true scam ??? and I think if any judge in a US court , read my post , he will force them to put their use-policy in home page (Bolded), so anyone knows these facts before signing up !!!!

But If they do it , no one will sign up ???? iit's a real scam ???

When you compare plans , they said unlimited bandwidth , it's a total of lies , what's the point of unlimited bandwidth when you get your acount suspended or terminated ????!! it's a joke ???

Other companies will limit your account with number of visitors or bandwidth??? they will alert you before reaching your limit, If you exceeded you limits, some companies will charge for that, some companies will suspend your account ....at least you know this is gonna happen ???...there's no surprises ???

but with hostgator, they told you have unlimited bandwidth , they never told you there's a limit on Resource Usage , they provide you with a poor service , and without notice suspend your account to force you upgrading for a new plan and so on ???

Hostgator: you get exposed !!!
