Hostinger Reviews 

I have recently move my two affinity websites to Hostinger.com due to the increasing costs at both GoDaddy.com and Networksolutions.com. However, since moving I find that it is much easier to manage my sites that it was at either previous host company. I find the AI assistant very helpful in completing tasks where I have a question.

It does not matter if you contact AI or human support both are the worst ... I was receiving an email that my subscription was coming to the end and i ask at AI agent if that was correct cause i see at my billing page that i have paid due to 2027.

suddenly i see that all my sites where deleted and i am 10 hours chatting with them to fix the problem and they do nothing to apologize for all that problems caused to me ..
When they cause a problem they do nothing to compensate you!
Go to another hosting company !!

I have shared hosting business, I hosted some in Hostinger. Didn't touch it for months and now just to see it suddenly broken without changes from my end. They most likely changing something on their end that affecting my websites.

I got htaccess not accessible, some website from https become http.

Team support close to non-existent. AI agent not helpful. At this stage, might as well I built my own solution.

Good luck for those that having issue, need to figure out yourself.

Hostinger is the best website making app I've found in a very long time I'm glad I was told about them by my boyfriend the first time I tried the app I got the site I was looking for without coding just punching in keywords in to the AI agent to create it and a few minutes later my site showed up.

I have been with Hostinger for about two years of a five-year contract.
I have been on the Internet since 1995.
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that they are the worst host I have ever used. Their 'support' unit is a joke.
Today, their AI idiot gave up on me (my website was down), and I had to wait for a human. Nicole asked a question then disappeared. Faith replaced her. She said: 'Flush your caches', and disappeared. When I complained, she returned but handed me over to Mantras. He did nothing, and disappeared.
I still cannot use my commercial website five hours later, and no-one from Hostiger is looking into it.
They are the crappiest online company I have ever dealt with.

Replacing human support for AI Agents who "review" issues is leading me to move me and my clients' sites and accounts away form Hostinger. Simple issues are fine - anything within the UI, basically, or visible in log files the AI can handle. But anything technical just gets 'reviewed', and the response is a generic 'it's broken' reply. And this is the review of their review. Your agents aren't reviewing! They just check a tickbox. They dont realise there are people on the other end looking for their help.

I had some issues with some domains which AI agent could not help me. After few challenges, i was directed to a support team member Aissam who finally resolved the issue. Hostinger proved they are now the best domain and hosting company. Many success to Aissam.

His help was great. I assume he was human. The AI chat prior, riddled with excuses and no solutions, was painful.

Hostinger is pathetic and shameless... we spend our money on services and when it comes to customer care to some serious matters, they pushes their stupid AI to customers to talk to and no HUMAN CONNECT, EVEN AFTER WAITING FOR 1 HOUR, NO HUMAN CONNECTED TO SOLVE SERIOUS MATTER. PATHETIC SERVICE

I am writing to submit an urgent complaint regarding a severe lock-out situation that has been affecting our business for nearly a month.

​Account Recovery Requested On: September 10, 2026
​Follow-up Sent: September 18, 2026, September 28 + today, October 4
​Issue Description:

My account requires payment, but I cannot log in to process the payment due to 2-Factor Authentication (2FA). The 2FA verification code is being sent to my email address hosted on the very domain that is currently suspended/blocked. This has created an impossible catch-22 loop.

​I submitted a full Account Recovery request with all required identification documents on September 10th. Despite your stated response time of "2 business days" , I have received zero human resolution for over three and a half weeks.

​This prolonged downtime is causing catastrophic financial and operational damage to our business, as both our website and email services have been completely down for almost a month.

​Required Action Immediately:

Please disable 2FA or update my account contact email to my alternative address (which I already stated 4 times before in my e-mails) so I can log in, settle the outstanding invoice, and restore services immediately.
​Please contact me by e-mail or whatsapp.
​I expect an immediate PERSONAL response and resolution to this matter.

I DO NOT WANT A CHATBOT OR AI RESPONSE AGAİN!

​I have been a loyal customer with Hostinger for nearly 5 years, but the current "customer service" and lack of support are extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a business owner.

Hostinger's website builder and editor is terrible. I spent hours trying to create one, very simple web page. All I needed on the page was an audio player and a text block. Their so called AI assistant is a bad joke.

I got payment Issue. instead of real human give me proper feedback, I was suggested to wait until 48 hours by AI agent. Pooff, my domain was taken by somebody else.

The best AI website builder on the market! It takes all the heavy lifting out of getting a site live. Super intuitive interface, massive productivity boost, and just an awesome tool overall. A+++++

Hands down, Hostinger is the best hosting and domain registration platform available. The savings, the ease of website navigation, and their AI is so intuitive that I've never had to chat with an agent.

I contacted Hostinger support about a fairly technical server-side issue on my WordPress site (Brotli-compressed HTML pages coming out larger than the gzip version on a shared LiteSpeed plan). Not a typical "clear your cache" ticket.

What impressed me: the agent, Lina, didn't give me a canned answer. She reproduced the problem herself from the public URL, confirmed my measurements byte for byte, explained clearly that this can't be changed from the customer panel, and escalated a ticket to the technical team with a realistic timeframe (up to 48 hours). Before that, their AI assistant was also honest about the limits of what it could change and didn't touch anything it shouldn't.

The fix itself is still pending with the technical team, so I can't comment on the final outcome yet, but the way the request was handled, with real verification instead of deflection, is exactly what I want from a hosting provider.

The Hostinger platform is very user friendly. My health insurance website looks amazing. I was able to add images and my brand logo easily using the AI bot it provides. My business email is established and now I’m working on doing email automations.

For some reason, my IP address was blocked and I could not access WP admin and my website, then hostinger's AI agent came to rescue and helped me fix the issue in reasonably less time,
Honestly, I underestimated it as just another chatbot,
