Despite writing to them repeatedly about my numerous problems and complaints, Hostinger has never responded, found a solution, or done anything other than advertise their services as a "parade of stars" and constantly boasting about their services. Hostinger, which constantly praises its services and presents a different face in advertisements, is in reality a company that causes very negative experiences and never offers solutions. Think twice before choosing them, especially when purchasing Horizons services, and think twice before purchasing credits. Never trust them for your important projects.

I had an unexpected billing, saying that there was a auto renew fee for Horizon. But I didn't want all that extra credit!!! I asked for help, and this amazing lady Asyifa help me right away with the cancelation process. I wasn't expecting to solve this issue that fast, but she managed to do it within 10 mins, and done!! That was awesome.

Best hosting app around also has the best in-app AI that provides answers to any question you have about the app. but 1 thing it, doesn't move straigth to answer it needs to be reprompted
