Day 6 of business site stalled for days…

Day 6 of business site stalled for days due to contact form issues – severe lack of support on Ticket #124596 & #123532. Now also missing 'data' section on website builder. Consistently being ignored.
My business website and contact forms have been broken since the inception of the site. I have been cycled through multiple front-line agents (we're talking 20+ at this stage) who give me the exact same "under investigation" script for days, and support has now completely cut contact with me. My business is losing client inquiries and suffering financial damage because Hostinger refuses to respect my time or provide actual technical updates. My email is on Google Workspace, and I need a Tier 2/Tier 3 Senior Systems Administrator to pull Ticket #124596 and Ticket #123532 immediately. Please do not touch my DNS or break my business email while fixing your backend server sync issue.
After 6 days of inaction, I resolved it myself, after contacting several software engineers on my own. Absolutely useless.

Affordable and great tools

Affordable and great tools. The interfaces can be confusing and take some time to become proficient. But they have an AI that will help you navigate to where you want to go. Using it is how I've become proficient as I am (still learning).

Awful support

Awful support, all our wesites were hacked at the same time due to a vunerbility flaw, no feedback or help was provided, guess a cheap host is not worth the money.
Specifically the AI support is useless, when asked to be connected to a human you are passed to just a slower responding robot and if you go back to the original chat, no matter what you input it juust gives you a link back to the original non existant and non reponsive chat session,
On top of this, one of our shared hosting sites was hacked and that infection spread to around 30 other sites, taking them all offline and even one of them being blocked by google.
Thier "help" said that it was all our fault and attacks can spread to any site on shared hosting, so basically their security is a shambles.
On top of this they accused us of being the culpuit of thier failures and refused to help in any way at all.
They suggested we trigger a manual malware scan which of course did not exist and if any issues refer back to the original chat which of course became non responsive.
If you think that by using this company you are going to save money then think again as they would appear to be a quick rip off scam with zero support and zero responsibility for actions or non actions.
We are looking at hundreds of hours trying to restore site and have them back online and thousands of euros lost in the process.
Thankkfully it would seem until now that our datebase has not been compromised but if so then that will be just anothe case for our lawyers.
BASICALLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Excellent for Managing Multiple Domains

I use Hostinger to manage several external domains, and the hPanel interface is incredibly intuitive. It makes navigating my domain portfolio, handling DNS settings, and keeping everything organized completely hassle-free. Smooth performance and very reliable!

TERRIBLE HOSTING

Terrible, my website went down multiple times, not just once, for 408 error due to some "automatic DDoS protection", but there was no signs of DDoS attacks on my website. This is affecting my rankings. Customer support is terrible, and can't do anything. My website has been down for the past 48 hours. Terrible, do not recommend.

Brisa was amazing

Brisa was amazing! I stated my problem and she was able to correct my issue within seconds and re assured me that she would stay on the matter until it provisioned which freed me up to continue my task at hand. This is A+ customer support. Hostinger is doing it right! My problem was solved within minutes and I was able to finish my report, stamp and deliver it. Thank you so much Brisa!

Arthur's support was absolutely…

Arthur's support was absolutely excellent! I was having a complex issue restoring my historical email backups after a migration, and the AI support bot was giving me incorrect information. Arthur stepped in, performed a manual check, found my backups, and started the restore immediately. Very professional and helpful. Thank you so much, Arthur!
