Fraud service ever seen
Worst service ever seen. Took 3 years service with fully payment in one go. I was continued for 2 years with rarely using the server. Suddenly they stopped that also and server/service is not accessible. And they were asking to providing a lot of unrelated documents which I did not agree at the middle of the service terms. They stopped the service. Such type of fraud they do and not a single rupee returned for 1 year.

As a hosting provider, we do not directly monitor or interfere with client data or usage, but we are required to take action when certain activities trigger security or compliance checks.
In such cases, KYC verification becomes mandatory to ensure transparency and to prevent misuse of services. This is a standard process followed to protect both our platform and genuine customers. We understand that this may feel inconvenient, especially mid-service, but it is part of maintaining a secure and reliable environment.
We reached out to you multiple times via email, requesting completion of the KYC verification, and gave you sufficient time to respond. However, your KYC was still pending so your service was terminated in accordance with our policies.
We want to assure you that there is no intention of unfair practices, and all actions are taken strictly based on compliance and security protocols.

My company using Host IT Smart service for the last two years. Their service is excellent and affordable. I am using Windows Hosting Server for last two years and did find any issue till date. Their support executives and Technical persons are very very helpfull. I suggest all my friends to use their service. I must mention Mr. Jay Vagadiya, their Technical Manager here.
