I’m currently trying to get a refund for a cancelled order. The phone number for delivery service rings through to an answering machine. They have given me no notification that my order has been cancelled. I have sent a query through their website email service which they haven’t responded to. The branch has confirmed only verbally the order has been cancelled but I still haven’t received notification or a refund after 7 days. I rang the branch again today and was told that they would contact head office and get back to me. Nobody has rang me back. Maybe I will get a my money back if I pursue it through here?

Poor customer service, and we only received part of our order, no idea where is the rest is and if we will actually receive it. and they simple do not reply.. shocking.

We ordered our bathroom through Howarth Timber in Grimsby and it was completed a couple of weeks ago and is absolutely perfect. We had help from Kerry to decide on the best layout for the space and she was helpful throughout. She also helped with looking at options and finishing touches to make it all that we wanted. Ordering, delivery and the products themselves are all exactly what you’d expect and all went smoothly. Thank you to Kerry and Howarth Timber in Grimsby for our beautiful bathroom!

I asked to cancel part of the order which still ended up being dispatched. I refused delivery of said items and delivery driver advised it would be refunded the same day. Despite numerous emails I’ve not had a reply or refund in two weeks since delivery.

They did it again !! Thank you.
I placed an order on Saturday morning, they delivered 9.30 Tuesday. The friendly office staff easily sorted my payment problem. Excellent service, thank you

Great service, price and pleased with the timber I purchased. I would highly recommend Haworth Timber at Doncaster, Bentley depot. The guys were very helpful in the shop and in the yard when I went to the depot to decide on what I wanted and the delivery was every bit as good.

I bought 2 bulk bags of stones for my garden. Really quick delivery and placed where I needed them. Couldn’t fault them.

Ordered Decking Boards and immediately had a phone call to arrange delivery. Driver was friendly and helpful. Great price and Great Service. Will use company again :)

Went to collect some fence planks in Burnley and got seen to straight away and even got help loading up the car.
Great value for a little fence I put up for a friend.

Bob at Barwell was so helpful and obliging when we placed an order for our daughter who lives 15miles away.We recommended Howarths to her as the service is excellent and the prices too!

I ordered fence cap bars by mail order. They arrived on time in good condition and were better quality than the fence I was repairing!

The ordering and payment were straightforward, and the delivery was via hiab which was ideal.
However, the description lacked any information about gravel size.
There was no message about a delivery date, so it was fortunate I was at home when it arrived.

Price and quality were fantastic. Ideally could do with a way to book in a delivery online as part 1 of my order just turned up without any communication.

Absolutely superb service from Howarths (Grimsby) yet again. Best price by far (and I researched alot) and quality of products are always 1st class.

Very efficient and friendly delivery and dropped in a convenient location. I won't use anywhere else again.
