My Huawei Internet Home Router Stopped Giving Me Internet.
Hello,
I have Internet from my ISP which installed in my home Huawei router. It worked well on cable internet - I connected my Windows PC to router by cable - and it worked for about 2-3 weeks well.
Then, after this time, I noticed that I don't have internet in my PC so I checked if I will have it on my iPhone and I didn't.
All diods on router were green so it is like it worked well - but it didn't. I could connect to internet so I assumed this Huawei router was hacked.
I must say that I secured it really well - I put very secured passwords, put top secure wifi encryption and I was using internet only on cable on my PC.
So I can't recommend Huawei hardware because it is malfunction and as I see it can be easily hacked.
Thanks.
Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
I placed my order on 19 May and my parcel containing a smartwatch was lost during delivery. Since then, I have been waiting for a proper resolution, but I still have no refund, replacement, or clear answer.
I was originally told the investigation would take around 6 days, however much more time has now passed and I am still being told to wait for updates from DPD.
As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be left without both the item and my money for such a long period of time because of issues between the seller and the courier.
The lack of communication and the amount of time this process is taking is honestly unacceptable. I hope this matter will finally be resolved soon.
Recently bought the huawei band 8 pro
Recently bought the huawei band 8 pro. Begining to think why. Not that the watch itself is the problem but I thought this company were a good tech company. But , you can't connect to other apps like my fitness pal, fitbit, Google fit, or if you can you feel like your singing away your life through third party process. And I still can't. Also dosnt come with any basic set up/guide booklet So a little dissapointed, this may just be a temporary watch untill I find another.
When you buy an expensive watch you…
7 days later I get a link to download my data I go through login and verify email and there is no link to download where it goes is a link to request your data again.
When you buy an expensive watch you expect to be able to get your data downloaded but they make you jump through hoops enter password three times verification email SMS three times then password for your download then a message it will be about seven days whilst we verify your identity that is absolutely not what I need for a smart watch it makes it pretty useless. As yet it's still in the waiting period meantime I bought a bp monitor that I can get the data immediately. They have gone crazy I don't even have that level of security for my bank
12 Days Waiting for a Battery – Huawei & mobiletouch are a disgrace
I was a loyal Huawei customer for years and always bought their top flagship models.
Now the battery of my MateBook X Pro (MACHD-WXX9) is worn out after 701 cycles. I simply wanted to buy a replacement battery – no repair, no defect, just the battery.
The response from Huawei Austria (Thomas Gross) was unbelievable:
“Replacement parts for laptops are only available through our service center mobiletouch. Alternatively, you can try to purchase the battery from a third-party supplier.”
In other words: Once the device is sold, customers are forgotten. Huawei doesn’t even offer simple spare parts.
Instead, they expect me to send in my nearly 2,000 € laptop for 12 days just to replace a battery that takes 5 minutes. Insane!
It seems mobiletouch has a monopoly granted by Huawei – an obvious rip-off company. Their employee even laughed at me on the phone and hung up. The Trustpilot reviews speak volumes – they are extremely bad.
This is not customer service. This is pure contempt for loyal customers.
Huawei has completely lost me with this system. My MateBook X Pro will be my last Huawei device.
Awful Customer Service Experience !!
They just don't care when you reach them out either for warranty issues or to direct you to the nearest authorized retail store for some of their products. Quite disappointing experience always.....
Robust and solid technology. Brilliant
I purchased two Huawei P30 pro phones for my partner and I around 5 years ago while the still had access to Google app. Store.
These have by far been the best, most robust and least problematic mobiles I have ever purchased. We are both still using these phones without issue today. The reasons we have not upgraded is because these phones still hold their own today, have been trouble free for years and the camera is brilliant. If only they could still use Google I would never move away from their solid robust technology.
Absolutely brilliant engineering
Don't Trust This As A Phone - Built like a tank, but possesses a mind of its own (and a dirty mouth)
The 2018 Mate 20 Lite is a stylish and durable phone—it survived several drops and the camera/mic are solid. However, I now have major trust issues. Due to severe 'phantom-taps,' the phone managed to send an offensive slur in another language to one of my contacts without me touching it.
My advice: Never put a SIM card in this phone. Don't install WhatsApp, Outlook, or Gmail. If you have one, use it as a dedicated device for Sonic 1 & 2 remasters (which run great), but if you're forced to use it as a daily driver, ADB debloat it immediately before it gets you into trouble
Scam scam alert!!

Beware of Huawei online store South Africa. They scammed me and the manager in Egypt admitted they were at fault but was still extremely unethical and unprofessional and dropped my call when I was still explaining myself. They are not up to South African consumer rights standards and I will be reporting this company to consumer rights council. This will be the very final purchase with Huawei
Excellent communication with Huawei Customer Service.
I have contacted Huawei customer service regarding the delivery timing, the response was fast, efficient and I am confidant It will be fast delivery. Excellent communication with Huawei Customer Service.
I’m loving the Huawei Health D2 watch
I’m loving the Huawei Health D2 watch - it’s perfect for someone like me who enjoys running, jogging, and walking. It provides a wide range of health tracking features but what I like most are the O2 and blood pressure measurements. I’m giving it a 4 stars simply because it doesn’t have a world time feature. I would need to purchase that separately, and although it seems like a minor details, also I couldn’t adjust the daylight saving time of the purchased world time. As someone who travels regularly, having a dual-time feature is important to me.

Got a very nice Huawei watch, although I know Huawei steals data.I haven't learned my lesson. In Canada you cannot install Huawei Health, the app that helps the company to steal data and... oh,yeah,to make your watch working. Stay away and do not buy Huawei if you are from Canada.

The interface is good but Google services literally dont exist there.. bought a huawei pura 80 and was so devasted to find out that I cant normally use any google stuff.. the camera is also average (though better than other chinese phones).
Poor products poor support
5G router : speed 30 Mbit/s. Same SIM in TP-Link router: 300 Nbit/s. Useless support. Avoit at all cost!
Fantastic & patient service with resolution of a complicated issue!
I had an issue with my wearable purchased in another country & went around in circles, trying to get it resolved. The Chat Agent was brilliant, resourceful and patient until I got my problem resolved. Many thanks!

I have Huawei Mate 20 lite and never even replaced battery yet since 7 years. No major problems still usable but I gave it to my mom 2 years ago.
Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I will never buy a Huawei watch again due to the complete lack of aftercare service.
No long term support for their products!
Their software and firmware support is lot shorter than any other company. They just want to make you buy newer models in at most 2 years by cutting out their support.
Genocide
This company is helping the Iranian Islamic regime stop the Internet and is complicit in genocide in Iran. Over 20000 people killed in the past 3 days.
