Cheap. You get what you pay for, in this case not much. Staff friendly enough, but the room was tiny. Not even tea and coffee facilities in the room. Served a gin & tonic in a paper cup which was a first for me.

Maar er heeft zich veel verbeterd.

Ik moet zeggen dat het personeel naar mate van verblijf je begint te kennen en beter met je omgaat.

10 oktober. 2024 is uitchecken en ik heb na overleg de toezegging om zonder enige vorm van bijkomende kosten de kamer te kigen gebruiken ivm mijn werk. Bij het aanliggende station. Als je niet te veel eisen hebt en gewoon simpel komt om de nacht door te brengen is dot een hartstikke prima hotel.

Zelfs tot ver na het ontbijt kun je in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte zitten en tafelen. Ook de koffie automaten blijven dan gewoon kostenloos beschikbaar voor gasten. .. ............ ...........in the beginning a little stubborn but after a few night it seems personnel becomes to know you a little wich make them more friendly. Rooms are standard as you can expect. If you don't have too many questions or needs this is the perfect place to stay. I slept here for 12 night due to my work at the train station. And even on the 10th of October after my checkout I have been granted to keep using the room without any fees to pay. The breakfast is very good. Even far after breakfast time you'll be allowed to use the breakfast area to stay . Even the beverage machines still freely available for the guests.... if I ever return for work around here in Osnabrück. I'll book my room here again. Sinple easy and without hassle.

worst experience in the last 20 years. I travel often, but I have never had such a situation. the reservation was made 3 hours before arrival, I arrive at 3 a.m. the hotel is open but there is no staff inside, there is a computer for self-registration in case of late arrival. unfortunately it was disconnected from the product (the e-mail stated that you can register via this computer). after using the emergency phone I was informed that it was not the hotel's problem

Stayed at ibis budget Birmingham in October Dirty Smokey room. Flea or tick bites on my arm & leg. Cold food. No parking. Complained and still not resolved ! Avoid at all cost.

Friendly and helpul, we were out of our comfort zone visiting France Reims but the gentleman behind the desk was wonderful, the rooms were clean . No tea/coffee making in the room although there was one near the entrance, only had herbal teas in though and the coffee vending machine was out of order.

The most humiliating experience at a hotel. I have never been treated worse as a customer. Avoid them at all costs!

Very polite/friendly check in. Rooms very tidy. A good decent shower. Breakfast was nice & reasonable value.
Only downside is no tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. They are available in reception, but if you up wake early hours of morning & want a coffee, do you want to wander around in pjs or get dressed????????
Rooms are very small, but expected that as it is budget.
