Returned item, did not get refund. poor service, difficult, foul play, ignoring emails
iboum.com is the same company as [Link] and since I am now owed money for a refund and am being ignored I feel it absolutely necessary and totally justified that I escalate the awareness of this dodgy company so no-one else falls victim to it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Initial review:
I bought a cheap tablet from them as I only wanted to use it for watching movies or listening to podcasts in the gym or on planes. The volume level was so poor it would have been useless on a plane. I emailed the address given for refunds and was told "it's the same level as other tablets." It's not. I sent the item back on the 6th December, received on the 8th. It says they take 4 days to process. On the 20th December, 12 days later (still no refund) I received an email telling me my replacement tablet was in the post! I didn't ask for this.

After I posted the above review [Name] at [Link]/iboum (it's a one-man band) tried to cover up the situation and reported my review as fake claiming I had not bought the item and I had to send proof to Trustpilot that I actually had.
He is now completely ignoring me. A MONTH LATER AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.
I may remove this review when I receive my refund.
