Customer service is excellent. I ordered my canvas with regular shipping. I changed my mind and change it to express shipping. They communicated well with me, and were able to adjust my order. I received it on time, and my son received it on time for his birthday. Beautiful canvas picture! I'll definitely shop here again.

Purchased a rustic white washed fishing boat on canvas for my husband since his birthday was coming up. It's a large canvas approx. 40x30.
He loved it!
I emailed customer service about a week later after ordering to make sure it would be delivered on time. Rep. advised it was being prepared & shipped in a few days. Received it 3-4 days later. The packaging was exceptional!
We are thrilled with the quality of this canvas piece. And, it was 50% off.

Pleased with the print, framing, packaging and delivery. Reasonable pricing. Only problem is the email never told me who my picture was shipped with. I had to figure through process of elimination. All in all, I would order something again.

Great quality paintings which make them the best
I've ordered a lot of paintings from IC and found all of them very good quality. There shipping charge is much less than one of their closest competitors that I've ordered from too.

Unfortunately, although it seems to be a print on coated canvas the image is blurry and the color is faded.
My first purchase was and remains beautiful- this new piece - the quality is disappointing- especially given the $203 purchase price.
