Unable to use (for a year) as the time was not correct for it to log-in... Read documentation (every language going) but this did not fix it, as it would not connect to our internet!!!!
The screen wobble is that must am unable to use... Wish we had not skiped the old treadmill... Which did not have this massive wobble... better kit out there.. Support was not exiustace several phone calls...
Terrible quality product. Replaced motor, motor board, wiring and still not working. No refund option. Have to continue trouble shooting. Treadmill will end up in the garbage. Don't waste your money.
I am quite disappointed with my experience thus far. I ordered an elliptical on May 30th which came with a one-month free trial. I never received an email confirmation with order number to reference or anything. The charge showed up on my credit card, sat pending for a week, and then reversed. I assumed the order did not go through so I started shopping other options. Then I received a notification from my credit card company this week that a large purchase had been approved, and I was confused. They delivered the elliptical YESTERDAY June 26th, almost a full month after ordering. I still have to put it together, so if I am lucky I might get the chance to use the iFit free trial for one day. The shipping was supposed to be door-to-door, and instead of placing the equipment on our front porch (which is covered by an awning), they left the box in front of our garage door where we didn't see it until we tried backing out of the garage. We had to move this box that weighed several hundred pounds before we could get our car out. And it was storming that day, so instead of delivering to a covered front porch, they left it uncovered in the rain. Less than impressed right now with this entire situation and I haven't even tested the equipment. 100% would not recommend.
Ridiculously expensive, £35 a month just so I can do map route workouts which is just Google maps (FREE).
That is disgracefully expensive, my next treadmill absolutely, guaranteed, 100 percent certainly WILL NOT have anything to do with iFit.
Hate it.

A shocking experience in trying to communicate with this company. They state their working hours and whever I call , they say they are closed. I have no account however they deduct subscriptions every month. These guys are not FIT to be in business, a bunch of thieves. Be very afraid of doing anything with them.
Initially, my ifit NordicTrack treadmill was not working properly and ifit thought it was a console issue..they said id need to replace it. I was devastated. Almost a month later, I got a call from the same gentleman that helped me today. And he said that he took my issues to the team and they came up with a plan to help me.And they wanted to try it. Lo and behold I needed to make a whole new account and start from scratch.Upload some new updates and codes. And it worked! For my inconvenience, they gave me a couple months free membership. And i'm so thankful that Lal helped me and was so determined to make this right for me. I can say this was a very difficult situation. And there was a lot of time spent on the phones and auto assist but he made this a lot easier and tolerable to be able to come to a solution. I'm thankful to the ifit team for really hearing my story and your consideration and service. I feel a whole lot better after this situation. So make sure check your email you may have to just create a whole new account..bc it may be corrupted or an issue with that and update. Overall, this machine has saved my life with my health. So it was really important that I had it.And it helped me lose a lot of weight. I just couldn't bear losing such an important machine. Thankyou Lal and ifit team!
I purchased my rower back in 2020 during covid. Never had a problem between then and October 2025 which was when hell came raining down. I received an email stating that there was a recall on the rower and to immediately stop using the rower. Further stating that it would be at least 120 days before the new screen would be sent out. The screen is delivered sometime around Jan or Feb 2026. I call to let ifit know that i have it and there answer was "you will receive a call within 3-5 business days" to schedule a date for a tech to come out. Weeks and weeks and many many calls later I finally have a tech come out at which time he opens the box and the wiring harness is broken. The tech orders the new wire neck harness. The new harness comes and it's the wrong one. I call and order what I thought was the correct one and once again weeks and weeks go by before another tech shows up and once again it's the wrong wire harness. Speaking to customer service is like talking to a wall They have absolutely no clue and are 1000% useless. The same went for AIT scheduling. The only one who was a tremendous help was the gentleman in charge of scheduling for AIT and the most recent tech couple who finally came this past tuesday and finally installed the new screen. They were great. After this whole experience I can honestly say I would never purchase equipment from ifit ever again. What an absolute disgsting disgrace of a company!

I bought their treadmill from Costco. The box came tattered with mold and mildew all over it. The box was also missing pieces. It’s been 2 weeks working with their “customer support” and have had to make BBB claims to get their attention and yet they still haven’t resolved this issue. I’m not even sure this is a real company since everything is so convoluted, cant send out a product in a halfway decent box, and they aren’t even trying to resolve the issue even though this is under warranty.
Ifit is the absolute worst company to deal with. They will take months to repair your equipment, all while collecting their Ifit membership. This 1 year old Nordictrack treadmill is the biggest piece of trash and has been broken nonstop. I highly suggest you dont use either company. Both are awful.

I agree with the other reviews about software updates on IFIT machines. (I have 2 machines -- a treadmill and the mirror). Every time there is a software update, I lose all the history and hard work I've put into my workouts, and I have to start from scratch. This is not okay. Why even have history, if it's going to be deleted every time another update rolls out. Figure it out, IFIT! You've been in business for many years. It seems that not losing stats should be Information Technology 101.

I responded in September 2025 to a recall of the ISelect dumbbells. I provided by email information, photos and proof of purchase I was told to hold tight. After no word I contacted them again they had no information about me and my purchase. I started process again. I sent as requested in a proved box the requested portion of dumbbells returned. I did and have confirmation that they received in 3/12.
Apparently they never did anything in till 4/8 and do they are waiting 90 days to issue refund.
They have no answer why they delayed until 4/8 all they say is we didn’t approve a refund to be issued until 4/8 so we have until 7/8.
I have two products and a Pro membership. I have been a member for several years and nothing matters.
Pathetic they owe me money know they owe it but they can sit on it until the law says they must issue, what kind of customer service is this?!

Poor, expensive and if you dont pay for there services you dont get the machines full potential. Looking at ifit reviews and poor ratings you would have thought they would have done something about it by now

Software updates repeatedly break the manual controls on my treadmill. Hides basic functionality behind paywalls as standard.
Never ever ever buy a treadmill with this terrible software on it.

On 10/16/2025 I received a recall notice for my NordicTrack Rower – RW900. Mid November I received the required parts to fix the recall issue. Since then I have been unsuccessfully trying to get my rower updated to address the recall issue.
I have emailed and called repeatedly, and the response up until May 2026 was: “At the moment, we do not have a technician available in your immediate area to dispatch. However, please rest assured that we are actively working with our team to assign a qualified technician as soon as possible.”
On May 4, 2026 I received an email requesting photos, rower details/specs with the promise of getting a reimbursement. I immediately submitted the requested information and have not heard back since.
On May 20, 2026 I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told someone would call me back after waiting on the phone for close to 20 min. I have not heard back from anyone again.
Then I received an email I was told to find my own technician and I would get up to $250 reimbursed but only if I use a "certified licensed technician". The email suggested I reach out to PlanetFitness to get one of their technicians. They don't have any onsite technicians, they contract with Life Fitness. I reached out to Life Fitness and also another equipment company, neither will work on the NordicTrack machine to install the monitor & cabling required.
I have been told by these equipment companies there is only one NordicTrack licensed technician servicing all of WA, OR, Northern CA and ID. Considering the recall is due to fire hazard, I believe it is important to get an approved technician.
I have not been able to use my NordicTrack Rower since October 2025.
UPDATE:
Finally, our issue was assigned to the escalation team who were very responsive and on top of getting us help.
On June 10th, two technicians came to our home to install the new monitor and cabling that needed to be replaced due to recall. The team was very professional and had the rower repaired in a short amount of time.
We really like the iFIT products and training programs and were so disappointed in time it took to get repair done.
I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the help from the technicians and the escalation team.

iFit ended up taking care of the broken treadmill that I had. Getting to this solution wasn’t easy, but once Brittany W Executive Escalations Specialist got involved this matter was resolved with a couple visits by a technician. Turns out that the treadmill had a couple of different bad motors that were running too fast and also causing stop issues. The technician and I believe the unit is fixed now. Thank you so much for this resolution!
LIKE IT WHEN IT WORKED, REALLY EXPENSIVE BIKE BUT SCREEN BROKE,, MOTOR BROKE, MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT WELL EXPLAINED AND THE PRICE IS EXPENSIVE.....SAVE YOUR MONEY PLZ......ifit says they tried to reach out to me IN their responce,,,,how...carrier pigeons....my email works....maybe try that......oh i did get a letter but that was to do with joining a CLASS ACTION against IFIT

I-Fit is running one of the biggest scams of 2026:
Step 1: Accept the cancellation.
Step 2: Pretend the cancellation worked.
Step 3: Fire up the “We’re sorry you’re gone, please come back!” email campaign.
Step 4: Keep billing cancelled members anyway.
Step 5: Hope they don’t notice.
I bought my treadmill in December and signed up for I-Fit to go with it. I tried the service for one month and hated it. In January, I went through all the proper cancellation steps and canceled my membership.
How do I know the cancellation went through?
Because they disconnected the service from my machine.
Because every time I get on the treadmill, it asks me to rejoin.
Because they send me weekly “please come back” emails.
Apparently the only thing they DIDN’T cancel was the billing.
I just discovered they’ve been quietly charging me $39/month ever since.
So I called customer service.
I sat on hold for 52 minutes.
When I finally got a human being and explained the situation, she informed me their “policy” was to refund one month.
One.
Which they still haven’t done.
After THEY acknowledged the account was canceled.
Absolutely not.
At this point, this doesn’t feel like a mistake. It feels like a business model built around customer exhaustion and the hope that people don’t check their bank statements closely enough.
So now I get to call my bank, dispute charges, waste more hours of my life, and warn other consumers publicly.
Check your statements, people.
Apparently “cancelled” and “still billing you forever” are two entirely separate departments at I-Fit.

After more than a month dealing with a complete operational disaster, this is exactly what happened trying to purchase a NordicTrack treadmill in Australia through iFIT Australia.
A complete breakdown in:
customer service;
contractor management;
logistics;
communication;
accountability; and
operational oversight.
On 27 April 2026, I purchased a NordicTrack treadmill through Rebel Sport for approximately $2,000, including additional payment for “professional delivery and installation”.
I paid extra specifically to avoid problems and expected a premium experience from what presents itself as a premium international fitness brand.
Instead, this became one of the most frustrating and unprofessional consumer experiences I have ever encountered.
The original treadmill was delivered within two days. Unfortunately, everything went wrong the moment the installers arrived.
Despite having: a fully prepared garage; commercial-grade gym matting installed; a clearly marked installation area; and plenty of indoor workspace available, the installers attempted to unpack and assemble the treadmill outside in drizzling rain on a rough pebbled driveway. I personally watched the installer aggressively cut packaging while rushing the assembly process, scratching and damaging the treadmill before it had even been properly installed. The treadmill was damaged through to the metal on day one.
From there, the situation spiralled completely out of control.
After immediately reporting the damage and requesting replacement of the machine, I dealt with:
failed pickups;
no-shows;
repeated delivery failures;
last-minute texts;
contractors with no idea what was happening;
zero communication; and
having to personally chase every stage myself.
One pickup booking resulted in me taking an entire day off work waiting at home for nobody to arrive.
Another time, I received a random message saying installers were on their way after I had already travelled hours away for work, forcing me into multiple phone calls trying to stop a delivery nobody had properly coordinated.
Consumers are sold the NordicTrack brand as a premium, professionally managed fitness company. In reality, what I experienced was a complete inability to manage:
contractors;
delivery coordination;
customer communication;
escalations;
logistics; and
accountability.
After the original treadmill was damaged, I was encouraged to purchase a second upgraded treadmill directly through NordicTrack/iFIT to supposedly ensure the issue would finally be handled correctly.
Trusting those assurances, I paid another $1,999 directly through NordicTrack/iFIT before even receiving a refund for the original treadmill.
That left me almost $4,000 out of pocket while still not having a working treadmill. No Refunds received to date.
I was told the replacement process would now be handled professionally.
Instead, communication became even worse.
Once again, I had to personally chase up third-party contractors just to find out whether the treadmill was even arriving. Only after repeated follow-ups did I receive a vague text message from somebody “texting on behalf” of a contractor saying they will receive the treadmill “sometime this week” and asking whether installation could happen the following month on the 3 June.
To put this into perspective: the original treadmill purchased on 27 April was delivered within two days;
the replacement treadmill purchased directly through NordicTrack/iFIT on 20 May was supposedly being installed on 3 June; and from the original order date through to the proposed installation date, the total timeframe would have been 37 days just to successfully supply and install a treadmill.
Thirty-seven days, for a treadmill.
Meanwhile, I:lost consulting income;
took multiple periods away from work;
spent countless hours dealing with emails, phone calls, reports, photos, and follow-ups; and
was left without equipment I use daily while working from home.There was:
no urgency;
no accountability;
no communication;
no coordination; and
no ownership of the issue.
Eventually, after reaching breaking point, I formally cancelled the order and requested a full refund because I had completely lost confidence in the NordicTrack brand and the iFIT operation in Australia.
I am now commencing legal action. A formal Letter of Demand has been drawn up relating to:
contractor negligence;
repeated delivery failures;
financial loss;
lost wages and consulting income;
excessive delays;
communication failures; and
breaches of Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
This was a complete systemic failure from start to finish.
I would strongly recommend never purchasing their products.
After Fixness in California came out our machine has been working phenomenal great tech great service thank you Tim at Fixness!
