Horrible pricing strategy.
I would give them a 5 start for customer service. They replied almost immediately to my inquiry. The trouble I have is the price. According to an email from them you purchase the box and ship it. Once they receive it is when they tell you the price. What a horrible business strategy. I guess if you have a ton of money and your not concerned with the price then this is the company for you .

Please give us a call at (800) 845-7986 or email us at service@imemories.com and ask for me, so I can locate your account.
