EXCELLENT except for PayPal payment

Everything else was excellent. Communication, the ordering process, providing the document for translation & reviewing the translated document.

They uses moderately competent freelance translator who are really bad, and rely on you to correct their bad translation.

Truly terrible experience
Truly terrible experience. The physical notarized document took well over 4 days to even be put in the mail. They processed a "certified translation" which means nothing, very quickly. It took over 4 days to even get the "digital notarization," which also means nothing to the state. I am still waiting on the physical notarized document to be mailed out and it has been four days. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Poor experience
I paid for a physical copy to be sent by mail, I needed it ASAP. Weeks later no copy had been sent, in fact the shipping had been cancelled. Complained about it, demanded money back. After many days they sent me a copy, no apology, no explanation despite paper being sent past the deadline I had. On top of all that I found the package was left in the snow drenched in water... couldn't get any worse.

BEWARE
BEWARE, they aren't reliable, their attention to detail is non existent, i sent to translate a degree for job purposes... Man! they sent me a very poor document that a child could be able to do without problem, the degree is not even centered, you can tell how lazy they're $ 25.00 is truly a rip off, Carlos Gonzales emails you right away to let you know he will take care of you but his work is plain bad, they're scammers BEWARE!

While we appreciate all feedback received, your review does not represent the interaction or level of service you received.
We completed the translation of your degree in 1 hour, of which there were no actual issues with the translation. The off center degree information is inconsequential to the translation and has absolutely no bearing on it's accuracy or authenticity.
The only revision request we received was a request to update the name on the degree to a preferred spelling, different than the spelling on the source document. It is not typically our policy to make such a change, however our team recognized that this would require you to obtain a revision of your original degree, and so therefore we wanted to save you time.
Calling our dedicated translators and team members "scammers" and "lazy" despite providing an exceptional service much faster than we originally estimated is wildly offensive and I encourage you to reconsider such a review.
