I am very disappointed with Immutable Play.
I have earned rewards through gameplay and referrals, but I am unable to withdraw my funds due to the requirement of spending 5,000 Gems to unlock the minimum withdrawal. This requirement is extremely difficult to reach, even for active users.
It feels like an unnecessary barrier that prevents users from accessing their own earnings. On top of that, I also have rewards (including IMX) stuck in my account with no clear way to withdraw them or any proper updates.
The withdrawal process lacks transparency and is very frustrating, especially for smaller earnings.
I hope the platform improves clarity, reduces unnecessary restrictions, and makes withdrawals fair and accessible for real users who have already earned rewards.

But when NOTHING works
Its not a greate idea

They should close the sites thats how bad its running at the moment

Next the support you get is whorse then Ea support Eiter they ignore you 1 person just tell you to do your own support.,.... i was told to go aske the place i dident get points from they then told me they are working with Immutable to fix the problem i ask for what about my points then i was told to ask Immutable support about my Points from the game then Immutable support tell me they wont give me my points and tell me do talk to the others again

And thats how it goes on and on and on after 2 or 3 days i had +20 tickets thats how bad this place is

It shouldent be allowed to keep running itsa crime against the users and with that kind of support geezees

A warning for new users find some where else this is not worth it

Bots are actively buying and selling. I start to believe they're from IMX themselves as they're too active compared to legit traders.

I do not trust this site, so I'm selling at a big loss to these bots.
