this is by far the best online program ive invested in and seem very realistc and keep the promises if the actions made and the knolwdedge applied.

i saw my business is a little different

i think every thing in this program is applied A 100% on couches , consultant , course sellers , agency owners

but i can say it 65% to 85% of the program content can be applied on the ai automation agcency moudle

The only course you'll ever need. Aside from all the useful sales tips and information, this is really helpful in terms of mindset and building mental toughness doing the work, the outreach e.t.c. It shows you what you're in for and almost like the mentor you wish you've had :))

Really in-depth experience. Charlie Morgan never held back on value. The modules were packed with useful, actionable content. I never felt ambiguous about next steps, everything was laid out clearly.

Always been skeptical of courses because of the high price point and information that is so easily accessible from your own research but when I joined this it was such good value for money and with the guarantee that if you worked through the course and didn’t get 2 clients you’d get your money back, it was a no brainer.

There’s even been several times when I’ve worked on things outside of the course because I wasn’t sure whether they’d be included just to get further through and find it was covered in totality later in the course

For anyone who wanted to join the course I’d just say to totally trust the course has everything you’d need to build a business from scratch. If you’re willing the put the work in and actually follow the action items there’s no doubt you’d get at minimum your first 3 clients

I used to watch courses on building a business one after another and never got the satisfaction that I'm ready to start one. Finally after joining Imperium, I jump started one, currently I'm working on the delivery of my course. I recommend the Imperium Academy to any one who want to start an agency/consulting. It covers all the topics from mindset, productivity to templates for calls and sales. Hands down, its the best.

Honestly, Charlie’s training has changed my entire life. Week 2 mindset is knowledge that should be taught in every school. It makes me question every minute of public education. 60 days in, going on 90, and I still don't have the BIG revenue win to show for it. But I was more than happy to write this because Charlie, Bau and everybody at Imperium have definitely changed my life.

Before Imperium I'd been chasing the online business thing for almost 4 years total. Bounced through random courses, YouTube money content, dropshipping, copywriting, growth operating (and anything else you could think of that required a sh*ton of outreach). Then I did about 8 months inside Charlie's Imperium Academy when in launched in October 2025. So being in the Imperium ecosystem for a while I thought I already understood the mindset piece. I didn't.

The actual result of these two months has been a full change in how I look at business, and honestly life in general. I used to be extremely timeline heavy. I'd give myself 30 days to make something work and when it didn't, I spiraled (that happened here too but we'll save that for when I'm up). What fixed it wasn't a pep talk, it was rewatching the mindset module and actually sitting with it this time.

Now I just look at everything as inputs and iteration. Put the right input in, adjust based on what comes back, don't take it personally when something doesn't work the first try. Sounds simple (I know) but it's genuinely the most valuable change I've gotten from anything I've paid for in 4 years, and I've paid for a lot of things.

Specific stuff that actually delivered outside the mindset piece: how they teach scientific iteration (i'm a big science nerd but even if you aren't it still resonates), and how they actually walk you through setting up lead acquisition. Not theory. Real systems with Real Experts (not one person who claims to know it all)

The people are the other half of this. I had a rough start financially, I was on a 6 month split pay and missed my second installment. They let me stay on an extra month without making it a whole thing.

I still talk to the sales rep who onboarded me, 3 months later.

Made a real friend in the community too, shoutout Naim. Everyone in there is just kind and actually want's to win, which I wasn't expecting from a group this size.

Knowing everything I know now, I'd PIF(Pay in full) 10 times out of 10 and I will when I start generating revenue (I'll update this testimonial when the time comes)

If you're running a business, go watch Charlie's free content + Imperium Academy first. If that alone doesn't move you, Imperium probably isn't for you yet. If it does, go through the mindset module before anything else. You'll end up begging to give them money.
