Order not received for more than 2 weeks but on complaint it reached just in 3 days

I ordered Hemp protein powder but the order has not yet shipped from Bangalore. As per the courier details the order is not even packed yet since the past 2 weeks. The order was supposed to reach me 3 days ago. On contacting them in facebook they gave reply stating the product is not yet reached from the Himalayas whereas the courier is supposed to be picked from Bangalore. This is weird indeed. If they didn't have the product on hand why show its available for purchse? There was no reply from them when i asked for an explanation.

Edit: After this complaint the package was packed right next day and delivered yesterday already, so just in 3 days it is in my hands. About the product i will be updating here. Package and product looks good.
