My experience with Infinity Learn by…

My experience with Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya was very bad, Their refund policy is very poor, they insisted for making payment for holding the sheet. Ipaid them Rs 3000/- then I decided not to go for admission process and request for refund of my paid amount but they have not yet refunded the fund and also not picking my calls. I still trying to contact them for refund.

Worst Experience faced with Infinity…

Worst Experience faced with Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya!!!
I am writing this review to warn other parents about the fraudulent refund practices of this platform. I purchased an online course on 29th April but decided to cancel the classes due to conflict with the offline classes of my son a week later. We did not attend more than 10 classes, and they are charging for first EMI plan. Despite my continuous efforts in reaching the team for cancellation they are trying to ignore the messages and calls. The sales team did not give any information about Refund policies while joining the course, but after joining, communication became very poor and arrogant. Really frustrating and worst experience with the team taking away hard-earned money of parents.

⚠️ AVOID INFINITY CHAITANYA! Classic "Elephant Teeth" Trap & Shocking Unprofessionalism ⚠️

I am writing this review to warn other parents about the deceptive marketing and highly toxic, unprofessional behavior of Infinity Chaitanya (Hyderabad). Do not fall for their polished sales pitches.
Here is the exact reality of how they operate:
The "Demo Class" Trap 🎪: They arranged a demo class which seemed quite okay. I was genuinely minded to enroll my Grade 7 kid. However, knowing how these corporate tuition setups work, I put down a very reasonable and standard condition: I wanted a short demo with the ACTUAL tutor who would be teaching my child day-to-day.
The Massive Red Flag 🚩: They flatly DENIED this request. They started making absurd excuses, claiming that if they gave a demo and my kid didn't enroll, it would create a "bad impact on other kids." What kind of logic is this? If you are confident in your teachers, why hide them?
Arrogance Instead of Accountability 🛑: When I stood my ground on this basic transparency requirement, their sales team got completely furious. They lost all corporate etiquette and started bragging: "We have millions of students, we have a reputation, our organization does not allow such demos!" If you have millions of students, does that mean individual parent satisfaction and transparency don't matter to you?
Vindictive & Unprofessional Behavior 🤮: The moment I officially rejected their offer and refused to enroll my child, their true colors came out. They started acting incredibly petty, throwing tantrums, and exhibiting highly unprofessional behavior just because a parent exercised their right to say "No" to a shady contract.
Main Takeaway for Parents 👇:
They use their best "converter" teachers to lure you in during the initial demo, but when it comes to the actual tutor who will handle your child, they hide them behind a wall of arrogance. They are chasing sales targets and numbers, not quality education.
Extremely disappointed with their attitude. Parents, please protect your hard-earned money and your child's peace of mind. Do not get trapped by their marketing gimmicks! ❌👎

Infinity Learn is a fraudster group

Infinity Learn is a fraudster group. I agreed upon a batch with a date, but their later stage team forced to join earlier batch, where I have never agreed upon. They came up as a Subsidiary of Sri Chaitanya by Infinity Learn. They have a policy of 7 days refund. But when I emailed them to refund as my terms are not met, they straight away denied the refund. Mentioned the name as Luv Kumar Head of Finance & refund, he straight away arrogantly denied over phone(have all the recordings against them). I am reporting this fraud activity to the Government of India as Infinity Learn is taking advantage of many parents.

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya was a…

Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya was a disappointing experience for us. The sales team promised good support and flexible cancellation, but after joining, communication became very poor. The course quality did not match the expectations given during admission. Customer support was slow and refund/EMI issues were stressful. I would suggest parents and students carefully read all terms before enrolling.

Chaitainiya Infinity services are fraud

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience with chaitaniya infinity services.
Infinity team contacted me multiple times and strongly convinced me to enroll my children in what was presented as a high-quality online coaching program. Despite my request for time to think, I was pressured to make an immediate payment in order to secure a discount. Based on their assurances, I paid INR 50,000 on 5th April.
I was clearly promised that the classes would begin within two days. However, as of today, 29th April, no classes have commenced, and there has been no proper communication from from them.
I have made several attempts to contact Vishesh and Hiral, but neither of them has responded to my calls or messages. This lack of response and failure to deliver commitments is extremely concerning and unacceptable.
At this point, I feel misled and deceived. I requested to refund but they are not responding to my emails and calls.

They do not give JEE exam Oriented preperations. They try to teach concepts. I did not have good experience with Infinity learn. I had taken JEE advance based coaching for 11th and 12th for my son but dropped out after 11th. There is no real time guidance w.r.r your performance in online test which is one of the very important aspect for these kind of exams. PTM happened only once during entire tenure of 11th standard. We had paid fees for 2 years but they neither refunded fees for 12th not sent us the study material. It was one of the worst academic discussion!

A very fraudulent act done by aggressive marketing, at the time of registration they told you you can cancel any time but they take your registration amount 5900/- as well as they offer a loan in your name for one or 2 or 3 years mentioning a program for classes.
Please don't share your PAN card it's not for registration but for a loan and you have to pay till it's done even though you want it cancelled or didn't attend any class.

Infinity learn is a scam

Infinity learn is a scam. They will sell you the subscription of 2 years with the commitment of covering the course and later they will deny to cover it. They are not bothered for children's education. Neither their HR or CEO is interested to solve student's concern. I have paid 36k of subscription amount in advance for 7th & 8th Standard CBSE course. Now they are not covering the syllabus of my child.

Total frauds, team from chennai reached out to me and all they were trained to was to fool people. When I wasn't convinced, someone claiming to be the head of sales took over the call and he happens to be the master of the pack.
