Poor customer service, poor training
So far, I have to review this product as a one star experience.
It takes absolutely ages to book an appointment for support, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing. We paid thousands of pounds for this software and expected proper onboarding and training, but the training we received lasted only 30 minutes, which is nowhere near enough for a completely new system.
We still require adequate training and support to use the software effectively. During one support call, the representative continually spoke over me and would not allow me to properly explain our business, products, and what we actually need from this inventory system.
At this stage, we are very disappointed with both the software support and the overall customer experience. Unless this level of service improves significantly, we will not be renewing next year and will instead look for alternative software providers.
I may consider updating this review if we finally receive the proper support and training that was promised.
