The promise of an included CISSP exam voucher was the bait that led me to choose InfoSec. It was heavily promoted as a key benefit of their training program.
Unfortunately, the trap was a subpar learning experience. The instructor was difficult to follow, and the pace of the class meant crucial topics were glossed over without a chance for real understanding. The quality of the education simply wasn't there.
The real trouble began post-course when I requested my exam voucher. InfoSec’s support team gave me the runaround with conflicting stories before ceasing communication altogether. Frustrated, I went straight to the source: ISC2. They were unequivocal, confirming that InfoSec was not an authorized reseller for that voucher and was engaging in deceptive marketing.
Based on this experience, which felt dishonest from start to finish, I cannot in good conscience recommend InfoSec. Be skeptical of their sales pitches and get any and all commitments verified directly by the certifying body before you pay

Called "INFOSEC" to assist a team member in getting their promised exam voucher. The customer service rep was rude, dismissive, and even insulting. When I asked to speak with a manager, they abruptly disconnected the call.
