These guys send spam emails

I've got the email from ingresso (from their customer services email) about the discount and free ticket upgrade. I would like to upgrade the ticket on th website but apparently it's not possible to do there. So I tried to reach out to ingresso and got the answer that they don't deal with it. So ingresso send the spam emails to you saying that you can get some free upgrade but when you really try to get it you can't. Pure scam.

But, the process of ticket purchasing is pretty much OK
