I have been with Inspire Telecom for a few years now and have always been able to contact them within seconds.
They have even telephoned me some hours later to check my internet was still up and running after a lightening storm. Their staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I’ve been with Inspire Telecom for a few years now and am very pleased that I switched to Inspire. Quite honestly it’s a nice easy going provider of my broadband. Whenever I talk to them it’s as tho I’m talking to a friend from down the road. I’ve never, ever had any problems with Inspire. They provide a great service 👍

On Friday 10th Apr., we had no internet connection. Tried various tests like resetting the router etc. but to no positive effect. Phoned Inspire and was answered at once. Described the situation and was told they would investigate and call us back A shore time later we were told that Openreach were working on the lines and it was affecting our area. Not the fault of Inspire. It was hoped to be completed in a few hours. Next day we still had no connection but in a phone call from Inspire we were told that Openreach wouldn’t but sending updates as it was the weekend but it was hoped connection would be made later that day. It was. Inspire did all that was possible to keep us informed in a situation not of their making..

My wife and I have been with Inspire for about 10 years now. A wise choice after my last provider, if we ever had a problem we could never get hold of anyone to talk to.
Also left on the phone for ages waiting for someone to answer (very frustrating).
Usually inspire answer the phone very quickly, also I have got to know staff Megan, Ryan and Ollie by voice ten out of ten for helpfullness and friendliness. This is worth an awful lot to me and other companys would do well to take a lesson from it.
