I just got a missed call during scheduled interview. I called them back and then received a callback. She just told me atleast C1 German is required to work with instaff and she hung up. No further checks. I don’t know what is the kind of jobs they are offering that one can only do with C1 German.
Zero stars if possible. This was the most disrespectful job interview experience ever. I had a confirmed interview at 19:00, but the HR recruiter (Frau Manuela) ghosted me completely.When I proaktively called them back, she was incredibly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. She literally shut me down within seconds, claiming my German wasn't good enough, which is a flat-out lie since I speak German fluently.It felt less like a professional language check and more like personal discrimination and a cheap excuse to cover up her own lateness.Treating candidates like trash and wasting their time is unacceptable. This company is a joke. Avoid InStaff at all costs, there are much better and more professional job apps out there!
