Please, please do not get sucked in by their claims. I purchased 3 and tried one in my study which is only 3m sq. Absolutely useless. After 3hrs on a 30 degree setting the room temperature did not raise above 14 degrees which is what it was when I first plugged it in! Utter disgrace that they are allowed to advertise these with claims that it will heat the room in 60 seconds
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RIP OFF MERCHANTS
I wouldn’t give any stars if I could. Do not buy these heaters they are rubbish. Firstly they barely warm the room and after 2 weeks both of them broke. I contacted Customer Service (you can’t get through now as the phone cuts off after waiting 15 mins to speak to an agent) who at that time said to send an email with photos of the heaters. That was on 7 November and no reply. I have wasted over £100.
It has been over 5 weeks since my order confirmation and I have received neither a heater or a notice that they are delayed and have any intention of delivering.

Andy came today to fit our new boiler, he worked from before 8am till 6pm without breaks to fit new pipes and get our system up and running.
He was polite and tidy, even cleaned up after himself.
Dean has been very good with communication and very helpful & friendly.
