Flowers did not arrive. No customer service ever available on their chat, when you email you have to two factor your email.
Ordered flowers at 09:30am got advised they out for delivery at 12:45 it’s now 17:37 and not delivered.
Oh and the florist and interflora are closed

Communication between the branch’s and website could be better
The website allowed me to order something that wasn’t available in the particular branch my order was prepared at. The branch handled it well on the phone, however the alternative that was provided arrived with my Sister soggy…. I would say that that overall customer service was ok. Delivery on the other hand was excellent.

The flowers were for a birthday and the recipient was amazed at the flowers, and just how many there were. the quality looked good, the ongoing communication was seamless, and so was the ordering process.
Fabulous flowers but incorrect message
I was extremely pleased with the actual flowers received they were beautiful & they were delivered punctually on the day of my instruction. However, the florist delivered the flowers with the incorrect message which clearly confused the recipients & most likely confused the recipients of the message that I had written. My flowers were sent as a thankyou & were sent as a surprise for my recipient who was on the verge of contacting the florist to say they had received the flowers in error until I texted them to check if they had received a surprise that day💐. The message that was received was a congratulations on the birth of a baby, Raphael, which came as quite a surprise to my son😄

the quality of flowers don’t reflect the price I paid for them. It was nothing special about these flowers. It was a special occasion (Mother’s Day) and I was expecting something nice after I paid so much. On top of that, I have never seen a note written on a receipt. The receipt was dirty and the writing was difficult to understand. Not very professional from your side. As my first time sending flowers with you I would never consider on using your service again and I would never recommend Interflora to anyone. Very dissatisfied and disappointed on how I have been treated. I wouldn’t like anyone I know to be as dissatisfied as I am.

I had ordered delivery on 4th and I…
I had ordered delivery on 4th and I still got no delivery confirmation or no contact by anyone not sure my order been dispatched or not. All I know I have sent around 5 or more emails asking for confirmation still not received anything to say what happened or will I be reimbursed my funds. Very disappointed. And I have only placed an order for Ireland I can track it on the way to the location. Thank Ireland.
