There was a small delay with the delivery, but the service was very good. Everyone was nice, competent and knew what they were doing. All of them worked well together and installed the windows quicker than expected.
They make really good windows. All are solid, keep the heat in and are nice looking.
I am finding internorm and there sales agent to be extremely dishonest and abusive.
I will need to take them to court as they are intentionally manufacturing windows the wrong size.
I have raised my concerns to Internorm UK both by phone and e mail there refuse to respond to ether e mail or phone calls.
In 2023 I fitted Internorm door with a finger scanner. There was no support for the installation of the finger print scanner. The scanner barely works, is completely unreliable and the support and service response has been really shockingly poor. My feedback is never install finger print scanner from Internorm on your door, very unreliable and waste of money.
Ordered my windows in July, they arrived for installation 25th September, one of the windows had a manufacturing fault now have to wait until December for replacement!
Living with these windows for a year. Triple glazed, aluminimum on outside and wood on the inside. They make really good windows! Solid, keep the heat in, nice looking.
I ordered windows from Internorm, thinking as a leading manufacturer I would get a good service.
The windows were supplied by their distributor, Internorm by Architectural Window Solutions Autumn 2018.
They were very poorly fitted. No cills or trims were supplied and door handles were not even fitted. On two, the open/close mechanism has broken completely after only a few months. On others, it is so loose that I don't dare open them.
I have tried to contact the company on several occasions to resolve this. 9 months on, the company has not even bothered to arrange a site survey to assess the problems. The windows are meant to come with comprehensive warrantees, which I am still trying to invoke to get the windows/doors into a usable state.
In short, customer service is non-existant and the fitting was abysmal.
