Interserve 

At the Chesterfield Magistrates the facilities manager wouldn't know what work was if you spelt it out to him, eat and play computer games on his works computer also literary the biggest coward I have ever come across as well as a security risk to staff, our customers and visitors. sooner Interserve will sell up the sooner the better. The Derby Magistrates Manager isn't any better. Thinks he knows other people's jobs better than they do no wonder Mitie is slowly taking over sooner or later the managers will be replaced hopefully ones with common sense, dignity and integrity.

I recently applied to Interserve for a security job in Wallingford- when I phoned them to pursue my application I was told that they do not directly deal with the job I applied for and that it is the site that is advertising the position who deals with applications.
I must admit I am disappointed because the original advert I applied for was with Interserve security not some obscure site where the position is open and Interserve could not tell me who or where that site is
If this is how they treat applicants for work then they need to be investigated.
