I made an order three weeks ago and a week ago I wrote them an email asking about my order since I haven’t received any information about it, which they haven’t replied to. I’ve also contacted them on Instagram and Facebook writing to them asking about my order but they haven’t replied. I can see they have read my message on messanger facebook but they haven’t answered. I’ve tried calling them but they haven’t answered either. I’m quite worried this might be a scam company but I’m not sure yet. However it’s very bad since they say on their website orders are shipped from them in 3-5 days and it’s now been three weeks since I’ve placed my order.

I’ve placed an order two weeks ago and still haven’t received any info about when I will receive it. I had to chase them via mail and social media several times to get any information at all.
