A TOTAL SCAM!!! They charged me twice for something i didn't subscribe! You looser di*k!

I never keep a big amount in my debit card So when I was notified of having issue in subscribing to its monthly plan of $39.99, I was a bit shocked but felt fortunate about my practice. I DID not subscribe to any of its plan. This website is just ridiculous.

This is a phishing company. I was charged twice $29.99 just for filling out the IQ test. After that, I received a notification that I should pay an additional $39.00 for the IQ improvement plan, which I never requested. This is unbearable!

Very disappointing experience. Important billing details are intentionally hidden in very small print, leading to unexpected charges. This is not how a trustworthy company operates. I would not recommend IQverse to anyone.

This is a phishing scam website. Same story as all the previous reviewers, only agreed to purchase the IQ results test and was subsequently charged 3 times for $29.99 each! These people should be disabled from continuing to advertise on Meta (who by the way is not taking any responsibility).

Addendum:
After threatening legal action and filing a report with the German police, my money was refunded without any problems. Suddenly, there was a willingness to talk. Why couldn't it have been like that from the start?

Pay $0,99 for a so called IQ test and then to discover that they debited my creditcard twice for $29,99 for two add-ons purchases - the ultra pack and the intelligence Type Test.
I wasn’t aware of this when I paid the $ 0,99 !
Requested for refund but they declined .

I got scammed into trying this IQ app. Paid 99c, got distracted and never thought any more about it until I saw 2 x $39.99 debits from my cc. low life scammer. Wont refund me and I'm a pensioner! Be aware of these scumbags!

At no point was it made clear that a £39.99 subscription would be activated. I never knowingly agreed to this charge, and there was no obvious or transparent confirmation that a recurring subscription was being set up.
This process is misleading.
Very unpleasant experience.

I had exactly the same experience as many other reviewers. I was drawn in by a small £0.99 IQ test, during which my card details were taken. I explicitly declined ALL additional offers, upgrades, and subscriptions during the sign-up process.

At no point was it made clear that a £39.99 subscription would be activated. I never knowingly agreed to this charge, and there was no obvious or transparent confirmation that a recurring subscription was being set up.

This process is, at best, deliberately misleading, and at worst fraudulent. The number of people reporting the same issue speaks for itself.

As a result, I’ve had to change my card details and ask my bank to block all further payments from this company. This should never be necessary for a simple online test.

I strongly advise others to avoid this service. Companies operating like this should be investigated and held accountable.

Fraud! scam

it is definitly a fraud company. Even if you could find all information on the net, the process of a trial leeds you to a unwanted subscription. no real cancellation process.

What this reviewer said (copied below) was exactly my experience on Dec 24, 2025. Only I was charged 29.99 once and I asked for refund w/in 30 minutes of pushing the button and receiving the receipt. BEWARE. This is a fraudulent company.

Very bad! Agreed to get IQ test result for 0.99 $ but never got that one. Instead got charged 39 $ and I don't even find out where I can cancel that subcription, nor find out how to use any content I pay for with that 39$!

Charged with 60 USD without clear confirmation.... Replied to them to cancel these payments...no answered yet

My experience exactly as related by many other reviewers. Small $.99 come on to take IQ test and capture credit card info. I declined ALL offers during sign up for additional features and costs. I never observed anywhere in signup that $39.99 subscription was being activated! Process is at best misleading and probably fraudulent. This company should be prosecuted!

My feedback on iqverse.university: trial 1.99$, then charged 49.99€. This is deceitful.

Signed up for 1.99$ trial, saw free test, later charged 49.99€ without consent. Upset.

Small 1$ fee ended in 24.99$ charge. I never agreed to upgrade.
