This is the first time I ordered from IsraelFlorist a potted plant delivery in Israel. Their customer service is immediate-at any time of day/night, solving problem oriented, and kindly patient! For example, although there was an issue with my credit card my order was kept; I asked for a special pot and within few hours it was arranged; the delivery was in perfect time, and from the addressee's photos the plant is indeed beautiful! I will definitely order from them again since never before I felt so confident and pleased. Thank you IsraelFlorist.

TERRIBLE experience. I ordered my grandson a cake and balloons for his birthday in Israel on December 4th and received a confirmation email. I paid for it and chose the available delivery date on the website which was the 6th December (his birthday is on the 7th). I received a call on December 6th (Israel time around 6pm) to tell me that they couldn't deliver before the 8th, what!! why didn't they let me know yesterday? i could have canceled and ordered from someone else! My grandson was excite to know that a surprise was coming his way. I had to agree to the 8th as there wasn't any time to order for the next day from someone else as they promised and assured me that it will be delivered on the 8th,. AND MORE on the 8th the contact me to tell me they cannot guarantee delivery, absolutely despicable service and behavior!! i cancelled order. I will NEVER order from this company again and I would be advise you to be very careful before ordering from them.

Thank you for the prompt and great opportunity to make a gift as a flower busket to my loved one. I live outside of Israel and googled for the website to send some flowers for birthday. The website “Israelflorist”was one of the many ones which I found. I loved the easy-to-navigate service and a live chat which helped me to choose from the big variety of gift options. I got multiple emails confirming the status of my purchase and, the most important one, the happy face of my loved person who got beautiful flowers on time. Awesome job!!!

Ordered balloons and champagne for delivery to guests at a hotel in Ashdod, Israel. The team at Israel Florist couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. They were a pleasure to work with and kept me posted (via text) every step of the way. Would give them 6 stars, if I could.

I used this company to deliver a flower basket for my friend's wedding outside Tel Aviv. I couldn't find on the website what I was looking for so I made a custom order. The whole process was a breeze and the ladies from customer support were very helpful. When my order was delivered they sent me an email confirmation and a picture of the basket. It looked amazing and totally worth the money. Great experience with Israelflorist!
