Absolutely the worst customer…
Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I ordered black leather, ballet flats and received black patent leather ballet flats. Customer service was able to assist me with an exchange, but guess what came again? Yes, black patent leather. So I returned those. Now I’m out $15 in shipping fees and got nothing. Except aggravation because I was told that I ordered black patent both times. Which is an impossibility since they assisted me with the exchange. Doesn’t matter at this point. They have lost a customer. And they don’t seem to care anyway. Terrible terrible terrible.
I couldn't fit the shoe, tried to return it , I was never able to get past the ineligible to return, Jack Rogers sent a couple of links, but they were the same. I am stuck with unusabl merchandise

Not trying to process returns at anytime. If you can't use the product, Jack rogers don't care.
Abject pain
A couple of years ago, (BC/before Covid) I bought the Derby silk Jack Rogers sandals. I bought three pairs, one for me, one for my sister and one for my best friend. I wore mine to my sister’s derby party and took them to her as a hostess gift. I knew as soon as I put them on I was probably doomed. & l was. Although I have three other pairs in this exact same style and they are fine, these are awful. I was miserable. I even put moleskin around the thong and between my toes but it was too late, l was already raw just from putting them on in the house, getting in the car and walking into her house. I ended up going barefoot at the party. Additionally, I could not wear ANY thong sandals sandals for weeks after that. In this particular pair, the thong is thicker and rougher than all of my other ones. The finishing is rough, not smooth. I contacted them and they said they were already used and basically too bad. My sister’s are OK for her (she has longer feet and maybe a bigger space between her toes ) and my best friend has never mentioned whether she has ever worn hers or not. The only reason I went to the site today is because I was trying to call them to ask a question about some flats I was considering ordering. I will say, their duck boots have been great, and they are great if you add your own insole for some support.

I would have given no stars if that were possible. The company’s business practices are questionable. I ordered a pair of moccasins, the order was placed without applying the eligible coupon and an order number was not generated. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. No option on the website to do this automatically. I had to send an email, which prompted a response that I would hear back in 5-7 days. By the time I heard back, the item was already shipped. I asked for a full refund and a return label. Upon return of the item, I did receive a refund of $67.28 however I paid $82.76 for the item. I had to contact them again and received an automated email with the same response ‘Associate will get back to you as soon as possible. It can take 5 – 7 business days for your request to be handled. Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST.’ The issue still isn’t resolved. BUYER BEWARE, Jack Rogers USA does not care about customer satisfaction and it’s business practices are beyond questionable.

Appalling Customer service and thievery for returns
Their sandals and shoes are nice. Their customer service is appalling to say the least. Their return policy is disgraceful and they blackmail you into spending more or take a huge discount on the return. I chose the latter and will never buy from them ever again,
Very dangerous shoes
Very dangerous shoes. I wore mine for about 5 months and then the heel fell off. I didnt know it, and was on an elevator and my foot slid into the metal part busting my toe. I felt just awful looking at those awful shoes with the missing heel. Where it fell I do not know. Poor quality.

I splurged on a pair of the jacks flat sandals in black I wore them maybe 5 times and lost 1 heel and the other foots sole cracked. Since I assumed this pair is faulty I contacted customer service and got the most horrible experience. Lorena answered that she was really sorry but could not help me. So they take your money but don’t back up their products.

I have practically begged customer service to help me return shoes that are the wrong size.
At first, I asked for a refund and credit my card and I would order again. Unfortunately that did not happen. It’s really sad to see where customer service is as of today. In my time the job of customer service was to quickly and professionally satisfy a customer right or wrong. Even after calling Madison Ave. store and speaking to Lorena I I still have two pairs of shoes that I cannot wear because of wrong size. How does this benefit a company for future sales? I would have reordered from them. Unfortunately they did not offer me the opportunity. The door has been closed for me to ever order again. Having said that, Lorena offered to correct the size on the items with no refund. I sincerely hope this happens. Otherwise the shoes are worthless. Anyone that orders from this company needs to read carefully the return and refund policy. My situation has been going on for weeks and still not resolved. You do not want to deal with customer service which is apparently Madison Ave. store. NY.

Same experience as the other reviewers with quality and virtually non-existent customer service. They give you thirty days from placement of the order to return/ quite sneaky/ but then delay responding to your inquiries. Do not buy this brand anymore. I’m spreading the word to save others the hassle. There’s no pride in product anymore; it’s all about making a buck.

About a year ago I bought a pair of their classic jacks. I was so excited to receive them, as they were a pair of sandals I had saved for and certainly splurged on, as the price tag was well over a hundred dollars, even on sale. When I got them, all seemed to be good. However, after just a week of casual wearing they started falling apart at the seams. The heel had begun to come off on BOTH shoes, and the sole was separating from both shoes as well. It took just one more wear before the shoes COMPLETELY fell apart and were just unwearable. I've never had a shoe with such bad quality, and I have no idea what happened, considering jack rogers is usually known for their quality. I reached out to customer service (which was difficult to even track down in the first place, and I'm now unable to find anywhere). I also attached multiple photos of the shoes to my emails. After SEVERAL attempts to email, call, etc. I finally received a brief response saying that they could refund me the sale amount, or replace the shoe. Since that style was completely sold out at this point, they told me they could send me another style, so I told them my choice (same price point) and size/color, etc. They said this new pair would get to me within a few weeks. I've since waited, and heard or received nothing. I've since tried to reach out numerous times and have been ignored. This has been almost a year now. This is honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had -- I don't know what has happened to this company, but it has gone completely downhill. The shoes are no longer quality at ALL, and the customer service is just completely gone. They will continue to take your money and give no care to the customer. They've lost all my support at this point, and I'm no longer recommending the brand to my friends and family -- in fact, I've warned everyone. Extremely disappointing. Do not waste your money.
The worst, investigate before you buy
Jack Rogers is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their customer service, where Is it. they are not helpful nor attentive to your needs they are the worst company the worst customer service. as far as the shoes they are better than the customer service. They texted saying the Address somehow got messed up in their system However, instead of Explaining the problem they were rude. And needless to say even though I paid for delivery they won’t even refund it, that’s all I was asking for. over a month to get a pair of shoes that I still to this day have not received I should get the sale price because now they’re on sale. Jack Rogers does not care about their customers they only care about their pocketbooks their customer service team might as will be nonexistentAnd their shoes not that great. Before you buy from Jack Rogers truly investigate. The way they’re doing it now you have to send them an email and they tell you in the email ...if you email them more than once they will put you to the bottom of the pile ! how is that for customer service. Does Jack Rogers even have customer service? They don’t answer emails, or have a phone number. Not one that I can find at least. Don’t have this information available to the public if you aren’t going to answer anyone via phone or email. Very unprofessional. Step it up and fix this issue.
The quality is no longer there with…
The quality is no longer there with Jack Rogers sandals. The soles are no longer leather and stitched to the upper sole but glued instead. I wore my sandals twice and both soles separated. So disappointed, I have quite a few pairs but will no longer purchase these shoes and I intend to spread the word. Don't waste your money !!
