Sales and Customer service very Perplexing.

I was very disappointed with the service a received from this opticians. The service I received give me the impression that I was shopping at Sports direct or a national opticians chain where customers are just a number to company and not overly concerned with providing a service which will retain repeat custom. I spoke to this opticians several times and I was given two price a cheaper price at in the earlier conversation and at final conversation the price increased. I questioned the price increase and they said that I confused all the staff members at opticians and it was my fault.
I will not be going back to this company again or recommending to a family member and friends.
