It was really easy to book and pay. Matt, the engineer who came out, was amazing. Really lovely, talked through what was being done and got it done without any stress on my side. I work from home and was able to continue to do so whilst he sorted everything.

Went with JB Heating to get a new boiler sorted. They gave us a few options, from cheaper ones up to the more expensive stuff, and actually explained the differences properly. We ended up going for the Worcester Bosch 4000 (option 2) and the install went smooth, no issues at all. Big shoutout to the admin team as well – really helpful throughout. Really happy with everything.
I had a scroll through the 1-star reviews before booking, just to see what people were kicking off about. Most of it seemed to be about pricing and how they charge.
To be fair, yeah – they do have a fixed price for a boiler clean at about £120, which is a bit dear compared to my old retired plumber. But saying that, these lot always pick up the phone and reply to emails, which makes a big difference.
Feels like you actually get looked after a bit and someone’s there to listen when you’ve got a moan 😂

They charge by the hour, which is actually alright if there’s not loads wrong with your system.
Last year I ended up paying for about 3 hours ‘cause it were a breakdown, but this year, now everything’s sorted, it only took an hour for a service.
Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for – proper decent, top service.
Little tip – make sure you’re in when the engineer comes so you can show ’em what you’ve noticed. Gives ’em a better idea what’s going on, otherwise they might just crack on with the one problem you’ve pointed out.

Initial conversation and appointment was good. Issue rectified however a pipe was damaged whilst work was carried out which caused a bad leak and flood in the garage. This company refused to come and rectify the issue until i had paid £290 with no commitment to fix the issue caused free of charge. I had to get another company to rectify the issue. Claim form raised by them which i am contesting through court.
