Unbelievably bad experience with this store, both online and in person. There seems to be virtually no customer support. None of the phone numbers listed for their stores are ever answered. They simply ring endlessly, no matter when you call.

The in-store experience isn't much better. Many of the employees, mostly immigrants from what I observed, were poorly mannered and seemed to have little idea of what was going on. They would often just wander around the store as if they were customers themselves rather than employees who were there to assist people. The overall impression was extremely unprofessional and disorganized.

I ordered a pair of shoes more than two months ago, and I still haven't received them. They haven't responded to my emails or phone calls either. At this point, I'll probably have to visit the store in person just to cancel the order.

Overall, the level of customer service and professionalism has been unbelievably poor. Based on my experience, this store simply isn't worth the time, effort, or frustration. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Nothing wrong with package and very fast shipping time

I ordered shoes (Nike Reax 8 TR for men) for a gift. Was my first time to do online shopping at JD sports. I have no issues on the other online shops here in Finland I was disappointed! There were NO TAGS! Seems like it was used! I doesn’t look brand new. There is even a visible small stain. The packing is not good! And their return policy is you have to pay on your own around 20€. They only offer free return but you have to bring it on their own shop. Definitely i’m going to return.

BEWARE OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD

These guys change your phone number to their friend's number and send the package to their friend, then tell you it was sent and collected. Police have been noted.

One day after completing online purchase and paid the product, they cancelled the order without any explanation. No communication to customer at all.

Worst company ever!! Do not never order anything from this company. Worst experience ever from clothing company…

Missing an item and customer service didn't respond back! It's been a month!

Scam site, takes your money and ignores messages.

Wasteboy company gives you only half of your purchase. They won’t answer to your questions or help you with your order. Truly a pussio scammer company.

Horrible service!
I ordered 3 items from JD Sports Finland online store. At the time everything seemed to be in stock and the order went through, only to receive a email couple of days later telling me that my order has been cancelled since they don’t have 2 of the 3 items i ordered. My question here is, why sell things that you KNOW you don’t have in stock.
Very frustrating and definitely won’t make another purchase from JD Sports Finland again.

Unfortunately i just got less than half of the products that I ordered.

I returned a purchase 17 days ago, but the amount I paid has not yet returned to my account. You are awful at return service
