I have used Jeevansathi since 2015, and my 2026 experience has been worst. I underwent VIDEO KYC TWICE and provided sensitive information including Aadhaar and identity details, employment, family information and matrimonial preferences. After collecting this level of personal information, I expect serious data privacy, security and accountability.

The sales pressure was extremely aggressive. Jeevansathi representatives repeatedly called me during busy office hours and even on Sunday to push Premium, Assisted, Lifetime and other paid services. Packages discussed were approximately Rs.70,000 to Rs.1,25,000 depending on the offering and duration. The calls were lengthy and persistent. I dealt with sales representatives including ASHUTOSH DUBEY and UPASANA SINGH and have retained records of these interactions. I personally wish both of them, all the worst, in their everything.

After all this solicitation, verification and discussion, I eventually purchased a paid service. Approximately THREE WEEKS LATER, I received further calls trying to sell me a Premium upgrade and subsequently Jeevansathi permanently terminated my profile, including future profile creation. I was told that Info Edge, Bikhchandani's group of companies, has all rights to forfeit the paid amount and no refund.

This sequence is shocking: repeated KYC, extensive PII collection, aggressive sales solicitation for packages up to Rs.1.25 lakh, payment, further upgrade solicitation and then permanent termination shortly afterward.

My complaint is NOT that I failed to find a matrimonial match. My complaint is about the way a paying customer was treated. Jeevansathi is an Info Edge business associated with SANJEEV BIKHCHANDANI and HITESH OBEROI. Ironically, SANJEEV is a Padmashree accolade by government of India, I wonder what more he has done than filling his both pockets will several crores of loot from the large consumer base in Indian population. BIKHCHANDANI, I see him, only same as I can see Nadir Shah or Timur Tamerlane.

My experience: Beyond doubt, Jeevansathi is a fraudulent business. Do not proceed with payments. More to that, your PII data likely will be sold and misued. If you pay, they continue to flourish as you can notice their tremendous YouTube branding today.

From my experience I wonder are the female profiles real?...because you will find that nobody will give even a simple reply to your chat question, like "yes or No...absolutely nothing, no replies from anywhere, it seems it is a ghost app with a very few real people...

Im having a horrible experience, I was literally hounded by JS agentes to add premium, they promised to made direct contact with perspective matches, till now, not even a single match has been made, JS support sheres online profile every Wednesday, after that she washed her hands, we were promised a customer support, contact to be made, meeting to be arranged, full detailed enquiry, Nothing ❌❌❌❌❌all lies, when I called up the consultant, she told it's our profile s fault.... Question is why did you charge then, ps *refund* the money abort the Premium, u made ur money, cheated us, nie sitting and enjoying....

Its a fake profile loaded app. All the profiles are fake only for asking vulgar s.. X taking or money without any kind of intention of marriage.
How this app allow people without this concern that its not a dating app or casual hookups or relationship or all. Specially for divorced women its very difficult. Most of the profile treat them badly and humiliate all the time

We took premium package . They have very ill informed staff. This women Sushma Pathak she seems so less informed. She will ask for choices then will send exactly nonsense profile . They are frauds . Iam taking legal course

I took membership for one month. But money got deducted for 2 more months through autopay. I don't know how autopay got activated.
Now, I am trying to use this service but unable to see contact no. of any groom. Toll free no never gets connected. They answer only new connections. This is a fraud app

Jeevansathi App I am using last of the year and there r lot of fraud people are using this app.very poor servcing and the whole team of jeevansathi....always they blocking my number without any query or discussion.After lot of discussion again they block my number .So I request to all of you guys dont use this app and dont trust also. VERRY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Also not only that he recently told that he is married and divorced beware about this profile he is a number one fraud he is messaging multiple profiles at the same time please inform some legal peopke or his family

Horrible inefficient careless minting money website. They will take money for RM, but no one will help you. You raise a ticket, no response. Please don’t even think of paying money here.

Jeevansathi the worst of all matrimonial websites. A friend of mine made a profile here and they asked her to upgrade. When she denied, they blocked her profile and their customer service asked her to create another profile using different email id and phone number. When she created another profile, they blocked her again forcing her to upgrade. This time they are also asking for her pictures and legal documents which they have no right to ask. They are scammers. They can misuse your pictures, your details, your documents. They are not trustworthy. Don't trust them. They are scammers.

Pathetic website ( Jeevan sathi) , all profile are fake. First they ask you to pay for membership, then after 2 or 3 days they send you they send you an email stated that your membership has been canceled because of some of violation. When you asked them for some sort of proof they said some of other customer made a complaint against you...

Means khuch bhi... I have paid 3200rs and they canceled it like this with fake excuse..

Highly recommend don't even download this fake application..on Google all the positive reviews are fake..don't trust them

I purchased exclusive membership with compulsorily comes with RM package just to find that RM service is entiely useless. They just send interests list once a week,call shortlisted profiles once a week to inform that they didn't respond on email, msg or phone.

Basically they just work to tick mark boxes and to my dismay there is no service which just provides better search. As you have to buy this exclusive package for same.
12k wasted, they don't even provide refund

Worst Customer service, I am happy to provide ID and Payment to have account on their website but been denied without telling me the reason. This Strange that Fake People can open account but real one cannot.

You may use free app but run away from premier service for which they charge $750 for 6 months. They are only responsible to share 5 profile per month. They send fake profiles too and finally hv standard answer “other side is not responding”.

I found my soulmate from this matrimonial aap .aap is decent have many profiles and good filters .

Took a paid membership on the platform but still not able to view the contact details as it let the users explicitly hide their contact information even for paid user. So what’s the benefit of paying?

The JS platform has numerous fake profile and their team comprises of fraud. Especially the sales team, I say this because until I paid up one Mohit from JS would call me three times a day and once the money was transferred he just vanishes.

There is no such thing as refunds in case of poor customer service or if you are not satisfied by the services that they claim that they would provide.

I strongly recommend not to pay for their premium services but to use the basics, which in case you are lucky you may find a partner that you may be looking for.
