Very young unexperienced staff in store. You cannot ask them for advise. Website order cancelled after 7 business days, no information why. Won't be using that again. The only good thing about the store is that it is good located/near to pick up missing things now and then. Cheap company on all levels.

Was a bit concerned since many people had wrote that they had a problem with them. But still, it's a company that have many stores so have to be somewhat serious I thought. Had no problem, the items came in a few days maybe 3, notified on mail and mobile.
I have never experienced a bad customer service i have called 20 times and sent 6 emails and they have not answered me in 9 days! I have a package to pick up. but they wrote the wrong address on it! so I can't get it! i am very unhappy !!
