Loan office Chris and processor Ali are the worst people to work with. They are liars and don't even realize who is all on the phone and proceeds to lie. They do not go over numbers they, they just yell to sign things. A formal complaint will be filed. Made this experience horrible to buy a home.
They suck! Promise a loan in 30-90 mins don’t answer their contact number they don’t answer scam!!!!!

UPDATE: BEFORE I APPLIED FOR THEIR LOAN, I made 100% certain that I met the criteria THEY OUTLINE. Still got refused with a vague at best explanation. Scam artists and 100% liars. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
