Overall pretty pleased with this company. Fast international shipping is a a big plus but only downside is lately has got a lot more expensive. I definitely love the wide variety of stock, it does give you the option for basic cheaper inexpensive products but also supplies great quality ones if you spend a little extra. Overall prices of products are very cost-effective. It’s great that they have a wide variety of tarnish resistant products as well, which helps produce quality handmade gifts. I have ordered from these guys six times now and I do keep coming back for more!!

Never received merchandise or refund.They use Ontrac to deliver but Ontrac is refusing to deliver to the Post Office giving several excuses after they stole the package from Customs. I'm getting the run around from both. Ontrac won't deliver my package demanding I give them another address and the company is doing nothing but giving me the run around. Ontrac says we need business hours for the post office and that they need a legitimate address and the company plays games as refuses to give refund and I paid express shipping and it's been over 3 weeks. This is fraud at its best. To not understand information that the company you're using to mail with should know automatically is irresponsible and ignorant and for a company to justify a third party mailing company that doesn't know the hours of operation for the Post Office.They don't deserve american business. Don't support these human trafficking slave drivers Buy local support your neighbor! Absolute total ripoff. I paid to have Ontrac steal from me and this company condones it!!!! Had to get bank involved BUYER BEWARE

I've been sourcing items from them for quite a number of years and their customer service is so good, they're always helpful and quick to respond. Ordered some spacer beads from this company with an address in Coventry, UK. The beads were coming from China!! Got as far as Evri on 15th August and was due for delivery, now the Yuntrack tracking is stating that the parcel was damaged and returned to the sub depot and then nothing at all. Can't get in touch with Evri whatsoever as it's all automated. Jewelry and findings are not being helpful whatsoever! Its obvious I am not going to receive the parcel and instead of replacing them or offering a refund, they are delaying by 1. asking me to contact Evri (can't) and 2. now trying to contact Evri themselves and get Evri to contact me - good luck with that!!
So now I am left with a company who appears to not be doing anything to help their customer get the items ordered, so I'll have to go back to my credit card company and file a chargeback, which is not what I want to do as I want the items!!

Their products are made in CHINA!! the quality are very bad. I bought two packs of safety pin, there should be 100 pc each pack. BUT i found out one of them just have 98 pc and 3 pc are broken! Another one just have 99 pc.
very disappointed!
